    My favorite thing you said, and say often... "TRY THIS OUT. It ain't about me catching fish, it's about you knowing how to catch fish".
    Thanks for the great videos and info

    I remember watching when I was 14. I am almost 23 now and still watch your videos. Not as often as I like I sometimes forget to click on them but I remember fishing ponds growing up an your videos are what helped me to just get bit. Now my knowledge has grown I do alot of offshore fishing an have my own bass boat an my passion for bass fishing has grown tremendous! By the way the fluke was my confidence bait when I watched your double fluke rig for those spotted bass thats when I started throwing it!

    Love this technique. This, the weightless senko and wacky rig are 3 of my go to rigs right now. I’ve been throwing pink and white trick worms as well and they have been eating them up! Gotta get me some of those yellow ones for sure. Great video man!

    I consider this my most productive rig. I've been experimenting with a floating worm + donkey rig. Instead of using flukes (typical donkey rig) I double up on the floating worm. It's a very finesse presentation on the clear water lakes I fish. White or baby Bass trick worms get eaten the most.

    I've fished a Merthiolate worm at lake Balcksheir, Ga for about two years. No matter where I go now I use some sort of bright zoom trick worm, whether it's bubble gum, Merthiolate, or lime they all work. But there is just something special with the Mertiolate floating worm. It seems to stick out so much better in murky water, and clear water. Hope this helps.

    The past couple of seasons I accidentally come to learn about the Zoom Floating Worm. My favorite colors are Black & White or the Creme Scoundrel Black with White Dots. Which is Worm that got me stared in this style of bait. However the Creme Scoundrel is near impossible to find in my area. I had one worm left and brought it into my local sporting good store and he pointed me to this Zoom Worm. Well isn’t a great worm. I just use a 3 or 4/0 worm hook or a EWG. Great technique.

    A lot of people don’t rig the worm straight. They put a bend in it so that it kind of swirls in the water, which the barrel swivel lets it do that

    Went out and got the biggest swivels I could find and set it up like you showed. After losing almost an entire spool of braid to line twist, the difference is astounding, gets bit but there's way less down time untwisting or cutting line. Thanks

    No floating worm? Take a long syringe and push air from the bottom to the middle-top of the worm. Then pinch it (to prevent the air from escaping) as you slowly eject the syringe. You can also seal the exit point with a lighter.

    why do you need a swivel? what is the main issue if we directly tie the worm lure to the hook without swivel?

    • @krdpoutdoors
      @krdpoutdoors ปีที่แล้ว +2

      because the swivel has tendency to prevent your line from being tangled up i know from years of exsperience epsecially cause i use the interchangebale swivels they prevented my line from getting tangled up and have helped me catch more fish then i can count. the swivel also helps you have a spinning action in the water which in turn puts off vibration which makes the fish find it better.

    • @Flukemaster
