Coming from this Grenadian, Guyanese cook the best foods. I went to the Caribbean Scout Jamboree in Guyana, 1969. We were taken to a family's home for dinner. As was the custom, we had to "have another go" of the delicious foods, and I was filled for several days. Thank you.

Healthy breakfast the way to go, drink looks delicious too. Yes we Guyanese love we chowmien with lots of vegetables which is healthy. I happen to cook some today with fry rice with leftover chicken and pork from Sunday. My grown up kids look forward for food like this and my grands now ask for it. Looks delicious. Would you ever add green seasoning to chow mein? I've seen Trini and Guyanese recipes for chow mein and some use green seasoning while others don't. Maybe it depends on personal preference?

Hi Jehan, good food as usual, just an FYI for you to try using butter for your omelets or scrambled eggs and you will love it. That's only if you want to of course.
