Thanks for the video! Similar issue in my C4 Blue HDI. After the cleaning the inyector port I had to erase the warning with the Diagbox and that's it!... problem solved.
Ive bought Citroen C4 cactus and i have the same motorization; worst fiability ever; i hate Citroen so much! I have a default with the urea injecteur and nox probe (95000km / first drive in 11/2016. It cost more 700€ for replace 2 pieces. Anyway; never buy Peugeot Citroen Renault cars; better for your health. Can you tell me where can i found the Citroen Diagnostic software for Windows? Thank a lot for your sharing
How much will it cost to replace? It is not coming back as a product recall for my Grand C4 Picasso 2015 however during a service is was mentioned it needs replacing as it is leaking. Thank you in advance
Have never done one without carrying out a configuration so I don’t know it’s not a diesel injector so you might be able to get away with it let me know what’s the outcome.

DiagBox is the system Peugeot & Citroen uses
