Ken ,you made us all cry for this Dr.Phillips segment and the Disney themed house tour..I can’t imagine anything more beautiful than this gorgeous home…it’s beyond turn key, this is fabulous
Great video, like usual. Your information is always so helpful. Even if we all can't afford $1.5M homes, there is still so much info around locations, which is great. We landed in Winter Garden just off of Avalon where it meets Tilden. It is super quiet here with homes that are about 8 years old. We are 25 minutes from any Disney or Universal Park. Sea World is a little longer, but that is due to needing to travel more residential roads to get to it. We are less than 15 minutes from Plant Street, 8 minutes from Hamlin, 30 minutes from MCO. No tourist traffic (unless we hit Plant Street). While you never covered this area ever in any of your videos, it was information from other videos that helped us to zero in on this location as a possible underrated location for convenience to the things that are important to us. Thanks again.
Amazing video ❤ Dr Phillips unfortunately like some commentators mentioned affordability. But I know the perfect place Kenny P lol Hunter Creek!15 minutes to Disney 15 minutes to Sea World 20 minutes to Universal! 15 minutes to restaurant row 15 minutes to O town west via 417 15 minutes to Lake Nona. 25 minutes to WG! Best of all Hunter Creek is Affordable with A schools and tons of green space/parks. Average SFH is 600k but you can definitely find 400k-1million. Tons of options for every buyer. Shingle Creek walking trail I’m about to go run it now lol so many reason to Move to Hunter Creek it will make your Head Spin!! 😂
Hey Ken - thanks for all the content! Question - we are Canadian, I worked in Ponte Vedra for 5 years. Back in Canada since. We are major Disney nuts case..lol looking to buy a condo for vacation and eventually spend the winter in Florida. I’m very Familiar with the Orlando area and surrounding. Wondering if there’s Condo with Low HOAs and close enough to the parks. Under 200k ? Thanks
Ok. He is not mentioning the number of homeless people that hang out in Dr. Phillips. This was posted 2 days ago. There is so much traffic and construction from the Epic Universe building on the Sand lake and turkey lake cross. He is showing you fancy homes, but they might just be 'near' Dr. Phillips. You really need to be careful if you buy and rent in Florida here. You might have a 1.5million dollar home just a mile away from poverty. There are some other great choices in Orlando other than Dr. Phillip's that don't cost that much. My advice is to rent a nice luxury apartment for a year and then go hunt for a house.
Very nice area. But between a mortgage, property taxes, homeowners insurance, and possible CDD fees, and HOA fees, 98% of people cannot afford to live in Dr. Phillips. A more affordable alternative would be Winter Haven, FL. which is about 30 miles Southwest of Disney World and is also home to Legoland, Florida
Failed to mention how bad the traffic is over there almost everyday. Especially i4 going towards Disney and the exit ramp on sand lake coming from i4 east. DP is nice but Dosent really give you that Orlando experience as it’s mostly catered to tourists.
I work right next to Dr Phillips and to be honest traffic is ridiculous right by turkey Lake and Sand Lake. Not to mentioned the increase in homeless people right by whole foods. Homes are beautiful.

Some of the most beautiful homes are in DP. You really can’t beat the location.

I wanted to live in Dr Phillips too expensive your right. Went to Hunter Creek and so happy to have found it.
I'll be moving into the Dr Philips side of I-4, next to I drive, just to be in the center of all the parks.
I grew up in Dr Phillips area and went to DP
Do like that house
Bob Iger should take a tour of this home, and bring Disney back to this…

Love visiting Disney. Staying in Disney resort, then going home. Despise universal, despise living in Fla.
Has this been a short term rental house?
Nope. Not allowed in the area.

Only downside is you and your neighbor can wave to each other when you are on the toilet maybe even shake hands.
Had to have been an Airbnb that they are trying to sell.
well my parents just want to live somewhere it doesnt snow and dad can plant fruit trees but i deserve to be as close to disney as possible
here to help when the time comes!
@@kenpozek trust I’m the biggest Disney fan I’ll wanna go every single day to the parks no matter what
Lol
