In an interview, he said when he first started out, he was told by dozens of producers he didn't have a voice for country...said it was too high. Turned out they were wrong. And holy cow...Carrie's voice is rock-solid, steady, powerful, and piercing. Few can hold such a power note like she can. And you can understand every word she sings in every song so incredibly clearly...crystal clear every time.

I’m a die hard fan of Carrie Underwood. Been a fan since she auditioned for American idol and been voting for her since then.
My father in law passed away last week, and in the last 6 weeks all he talked about is how great our lord is, that christ died for us and that he christ loves him.. I cry everytime I listen to this song. It will be played at his funeral we take the last walk with him and send him off with our creator. ❤️🙏
