@@TheMillionaireRecruiter Thank You so much it’s a lot to learn but I want to be at the top and I would love if you would give me some insight to how to make that happen
I'm a very new subscriber. I subscribed today to be exact. I've been in HR for many, many years. I am over being a HR Business Partner. HR Manager, HR Generalist. I've been looking at recruiting and tossing the idea around on focusing on that. Your videos have convinced me to follow that path. Thanks!
Andrea thanks for your comment. I’ve been trying to get into HR but have an opportunity to become a recruiter, which wasn’t on my radar.. As someone new to the field, Your feedback would be helpful: what’s making you want to leave HR for recruiting ?
@@jesusthegymthemwithjoiedwa2398 I think I posted this about 9 months ago, so a few things have changed. I'm sort of on the fence because I've been doing some HR projects which I find interesting so recruiting took a backseat. So I doubt that I will be going into recruiting. If I have to fill a job here and there that's fine, but I doubt that I will be straight recruiting.
You are awesome, thank you for this video. I have been a military recruiter for the past 4 years and this video made me appreciate my career even more.
I'm seriously thinking about changing careers to recruiting and I love the 7th reason the most, helping people by opening doors for them. Everything is a journey and if i can help someone step into a better path in their journey, I'm 1000% into it!!!

I found your channel last week because I've been thinking lately of getting into recruiting. The sales part is what gave me pause, because I had a bad experience with that years ago in another job. However, your positive energy and saying that you do NO have to have a degree in HR has been great. There is a company that I will target first, because they have placed me on 2 contracts, at different times, already, and I know 6 people within the agency. By taking notes on these videos (haven't finished all of them) and I will be taking the E-course, I feel that I have what it takes to do this. And I counted and in this video, 6 of the 10 reasons apply to me, so I'm giving it a shot. Plus this company says it would prefer people to have at least a year of sales experience, which I don't BUT they will train you. I have discovered that job postings also put in the IDEAL candidate, not necessarily the person who can just do parts of the job. This is intimidating but your videos are making SUCH a difference! Thank you.
This is awesome to hear. It's always great to get in somewhere through your own network. Good luck with finding a recruiting position and let me know how it goes! See you in the course!
@@lucas-simoninformatica4602 The training is worth every nickel! Here where I am, people don't believe me when I say I have studied this. The president of one recruiting company called me and asked how I had done this "because there are no courses in recruiting". I told him about the training and he said "it's a challenging career but rewarding" but he still didn't believe me and I never got an interview. That has happened a lot here, though with things the way they are now I would imagine recruiting companies would be welcoming as many people as they can get. Currently I'm working in another field.
