- I've been in recruiting for almost 7 years (oh my goodness) and there are so many things I wish I knew. What are the different kinds of recruiting? How should you get started? Today, we cover all of the good stuff.
Great video Emmy ✨ thank you for the great content 🙏

How much doe companies pay for finding employmee?

:)
I'm not looking to be a recruiter. I came just to stare at you. :)
For any roles, they ask for experience in recruitment cycle of at least 2 years! If I’ve not studied HR, how will they accept my application?
You’re awesome Emily! Thank you for your tips and help!
Hey Emily, Thanks for all the insightful tips since ever and I have been watching your podcasts since a year now. I really dont know if you would ever read this comment but I would really like to connect with you over linkedin and grow myself further more. Just like you I was in a but different domain till my graduation (accounting & finance ) later I was looking out for MBA in finance but i am really happy that now I am pursuing mba in HR and also working as a full time recruiter at an executive search firm in India. Really want to connect with you. Best Regards :)
Good stuff 👏 lovely cover photo I see you like your coffee ☕ today's video you didn't start by saying 'Hey' keep it up.
Thank you for sharing your story. It's quite inspirational!
Hi Emily, so did you start in internal recruitment ? In campus recruitment do you work with a lot of campus to hire for student positions or just one campus?
Good question! I did internal for one company! So I worked at a bank but partnered with schools across Canada
Hi Emily, great video! I have been looking for graduate/ entry level roles in this field after graduation this year but not sure which companies would be willing to sponsor me and this whole process have been overwhelming. I was hoping to get any kind of guidance or advice. I look forward to hearing from you.
@mahadevpandey - let's discuss.
The weather sucks and summer needs to come now
Perfect timing for this video… I unfortunately lost out to a last minute internal applicant in a big consultancy company last week, however they said they were so impressed with me that they believe I have a future in the company and put me forward for an entry level recruiting associate position.
My interview is tomorrow and I want it so bad. Thank you so much for helping me on my quest to leave the unhappiness of my current job.
How was it
Good
