Absolutely brilliant - just incredible the next level of innovation. I love how you gave some backstory as to why you made the choices you have. From cooling and heating to item placement and weight distribution.
There is a sting when building a home. The first is for your enemy. The second for a friend. The third time is for yourself.
Great planning, design and innovation. Probably perhaps the absolute best build I’ve seen thus far. Well done.

Such an amazing build. I think this is my favorite that I’ve ever seen. There is absolutely nothing I would change about it if it were mine, and I sure wish it was! I am completely in love with the dish storage/rack/drain to gray tank idea. Every bit of this Rig is impressive. Thank you for sharing.

2003, we built our ExpeditionVehicle on a 1996 Ford CF8000 commercial truck.
    .
Our first modification was adding a 140-gallon 'saddle-tank' to supplement the factory 50-gallon, giving us 190-gallons on the rig.
    .
On the toy-hauler I fabricated on a similar commercial chassis, I mounted an additional 120-gallon diesel tank.
    .
In theory, our range without re-fill is Anchorage-to-Acapulco.

    Wow :)
That is a lovely build out and you can see that many hundreds of hours of design and labour has been put into your conversation.
As an electrical engineer I was amazed at the quality and ingenuity of your electrical build. I love the lace wiring and use of din rails.
I was very impressed by just the small period of time I could see your electrical system. The use of the Victron Dc to Dc , inverter and battery isolator units to protect your battery system. I thought I spotted a charger so you can charge the engine batteries from the house battery to. The wiring is neat and secure and I love the layout.
One thing you could consider too is a smoke and heat detector in the electrical area wired to drop the battery trigger input so it will isolate the battery, the sealing of the roof void so that any smoke stays trapped in that area would be great to. With those lovely wiring looms and terminations you could use some pcb component support gunk to help lock down din rail terminations on top of the locking washers I assume you have used.
There is something else you could do that would give you fantastic protection and that is fire tube. It's a plastic tube you run in all wiring looms, round all devices and the inside area. The tube is designed to leak where it comes into contact with any flame or dangerous temperature, the tube is pressurised by connecting each end into a Co2 fire extinguisher via a Y connector. This will release a spray of liquid Co2 into the exact area where a fault my have developed and is a fantastic cheap failsafe fire Suppression system. I think you can get the tube from Amazon and if not Ebay. You just run the loop in a ring so the Co2 can go both ways and connect to a 2Kg fire extinguisher where the horn would screw on. Once leak tested you remove the pin and bolt the release handles together so the loop is always pressurised. I have used it in plc control cabinets and custom HVAC control panels and it works amazingly well. I used to add a sprinkler system pressure switch in line with the output to trigger a sounder as well to give a warning. Just a thought for you to mull over.
Again.... A lovely electrical system you should be very proud of. If you have a diagram I could have a look at I would love to see it.
Out of curiosity what BMS did you use for the Tesla packs as I know there is an open source one that works with the OEM canbus so you can keep the factory ballance and temperature monitor boards.
P.S. I love the extending cellular antenna. Is that raised pneumatically ? Ever considered a small wind turbine for some seaside power ?
Now I have finished adding things on to your system in my head I will wish you well in your travels.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and if you do have a diagram / layout I would be very interested in having a look 😀
Very nice job Ginger and Greg 👍👍👍
Do you have your own TH-cam channel BTW ?

So much to talk about, with so little space! I thought (and I love these videos) I could probably talk about this particular conversion for a few minutes, not because I know anything obviously... but I love to pontificate about stuff I don't know. After they (especially she) is done talking I thought it was the Taj Mahal. Just up late, need to quiet down - but I love these videos and this is a great one. I wish the both of you the best, you are living a very practical life.

Amazing job. I have MAXTRAX traction boards. I recommend 4 vice 2. I use them seldomly but whenever I do help someone or help myself I am always glad I have four. I can’t tell which ones you have, but I recommend buying the best they make versus the best you can afford. We have useD the max tracks to create a platform to prevent vehicle rollover etc. Good luck!

I noticed the leveling blocks (orange) .. I am surprised they would not crush. Also maybe you can had the self leveling jacks ... asthmatic. leveling. I was builds for my entertainment. One of the best concept builds that is intriguing. I like the dishwasher thing too. I changed my nature's head so I don't have to clean it out.... I put in a bucket and plastic bag and just slide a cover over it when not in use. I use pine shavings used as bedding and have had zero issues... no paper and layer ... in a bit just open, tie the bad and off to it's permanent new home ... then put in a new plastic bag and good to go... (no pun intended).

2003, we received a devastating diagnosis.
In one week -- while selling everything -- we acquired our foundation vehicle and completed its conversion to our ExpeditionVehicle.
    .
Within a week, we hit the road from Oregon with the vague goal of 'south'.
Twenty-four months twenty-four thousand miles around South America.
Alaska, Panama, all over North and Central America.
    .
Summers up rough logger tracks to remote mountain lakes.
    Winters on isolated Baja beaches.
    .
    Over two decades full-time live-aboard.
Zero interest in a stand-still house.
