Her book was one of the best I read in 2020. I didn't even really consider myself a fan of hers prior to reading it, but now I like her and have sympathy for the challenges she's faced from multiple shitty people in her life, expectations put on her to be a certain kind of commodity or sex symbol and her depression/alcoholism. She came off more clever and thoughtful in writing than her public image belies.

I love her! I love that she has no filter but it doesn’t use that to be mean like many others do, and I love especially that she doesn’t care about what others think about her so much anymore, you have to be in a good place to share those things and those moments from the past where people will say mean things. She must have worked a lot on herself to be in that place. I am 42 and don’t care what people think anymore, and I wish I felt the same when I was younger. When you care about their opinion, you give them a power they should never have. Be your selves! You will be much happier!!!

The most unbelieveable things happened on Newly Weds...tossing dirty clothing to the first floor from the second floor, trying to figure out the washing machine, tossing water into the bin along with the dead flowers..the tuna/chicken discussion. I'd say she is one of the most intelligent business moguls out there, and others branching out would be wise to observe her moves closely. Her book, essays, and even random social media musings show an intelligence and flair for writing many could only dream of having. Don't mistake that from her immaturity and missing common sense when she was paraded through reality TV 20 years ago as basically a teenager who hadn't yet been given the chance to grow up. Look at her life now...she out celebrities most all other celebrities without even trying, and graciously and drama free at that.
She's cute and funny at least she doesn't take herself totally seriously. Everyone thinks that fame and fortune is great but it has its pitfalls.

I loved Newlyweds, I have them all on DVD box set (lots of bonus footage). Watching it now, so many years later though; Nick was so jealous of Jessica. He didn't treat her very well and he would put her down all the time. She really seems like a sweetheart and she still looks gorgeous!! Happy that they both found love again and have beautiful children. ❤

She had a really great voice ,she was so beautiful back then but she was definitely overshadow by britney and xtina even tho she had everything to be even more sucessful and she was but I believe she deserved better, anyways so happy to see she is finally in a peaceful moment. Hawaii Girl no please!! She is in a happy place now. I think that Newlyweds show was one of the reasons her marriage with Nick didn’t work out. Don’t get me wrong, I used to loved that show and I remember that even Jlo told Jessica that she was a fan and that she used to watched it ( she was dating Ben at the time ).

Jessica looks so stunning!!! Nick probably went to the gym a couple days and listened at 2x speed on Audible soon as the book came out. Jessica has always been quirky and AUTHENTIC and I love that about her. I admire how she learned how to not take life seriously and laugh at her own self and her shortcomings. That is one of the most difficult things to do! Loved her way back then and have so much love and respect for her now.
