I just love the 2018 chevrolet traverse LT AWD body style. It just flows together and all the interior layout just made sense. Theres nothing awkward about all of the features. It just look and feels sporty. Except for the high cpuntry because it has that exterior fender trim color matching which just take away the sportiness of the look. It just look like a regular family suv. Same goes to all the newer models, they just look awkward and funky.

This 2nd gen 2018 traverse is the best looking suv. Very sleek and sporty looking. Best of both world.

That 2018 traverse is the nicest looking midsize SUV. There is plenty of space and storage throughout. The body style is very sporty with that flat black exterior fender trim mold. The interior just looks very nicely layout. I just don't find anything mediocre like all the other brand midsize suv in this segment. I've added some extra minor touch and filled in all the interior trim pieces with carbon fiber trim to give it that little extra luxurious look. The high country has some features that I didn't really like or need it such as the moonroof, and that feet kick to open the back hatch. As for all the newer models, they just all went sideway with the minor changes . It just didn't look right or made any sense with the oddly placed headlight and too boxy look.

I just love that brown leather and dash color. It just look great on the 2nd gen traverse. I have the 2018 traverse AWD with the dull grey interior. Its not bad or anything, i orefer the brown leather and dash look.

These crazy SUV prices make truck prices look very reasonable. 55k? It's not a luxury SUV, it's still a Chevy. You can get a well equipped Colorado with the same 3.6 v6 for over 20k less. The SUV offers significantly less utility and they are charging a 20k premium? Seems kind of crazy to me. Nice job with the video Tim, it was really well produced!

The base engine is the 3.6l. However for the base LS model this comes very well equipped, $30k is solid for what you get.

Cost is nuts for this model, but I bet drive off the lot cost drop is even nutier! Wouldn't mine picking one of these up used though as the price drops to the where it should be quick.

Ok, it will go down dirt roads and around fields .. hit the rocks you are dead my 89 s10 Blazer will kill this offroad.. But I have to say When Chevy took me home the other day when working on mine this thing is one of the best on-road riding vehicles ever .... Got my Blazer back and hope to use it as my work hunt fish etc truck for many more years..

Well sure. It isn't a body-on-frame SUV with a lot of ground clearance. On road driving it is really smooth like you said. A compromise to be made for sure.

No comprise it can not do what a Blazer could do ... would only want it if I was married as a family truckster .. like the movie Vacation.. only great thing is motor it is fast Camero 3.6 ...... would be even faster with Corvette motor ...

Dealer prices are different than the MSRP sticker I get from the manufacturer since dealer prices have incentives and discounts added to them.

That truck isn't coming back. The new Tahoe Z71 is going to be as close as we get back to it.

I guess I would want a used zr2 Blazer and a zr2 pickup the Tahoe is just a big confront family hauler or to pull around something big... too big for tight trails... only want for family or to haul Grady White if I ever get them...

That's not a $55k unit. Over priced. That's full-size SUV territory with many more capabilities.

kareem majeens interesting timing for this comment. I’m filming a $80k Ford Expedition, full-size SUV, later this afternoon. I’m guessing you won’t like that either. 😂

@@Pickuptrucktalk If you want be Doug Demuro and review highest trim level everything that fine but haven't seen any exotic on your channel.

    • @Pickuptrucktalk

I'd love to review lower trim level vehicles. No idea on how that would even work besides becoming best friends with local dealers and hoping they allow me to review them. That's not how this business works.

    • @alienation1270
      @alienation1270 5 ปีที่แล้ว

@@Pickuptrucktalk That's exactly how the "business" works. Top trim level segment will be purchased by a "minority" of the public. This is not the exotic car business.

His point was that car companies don't give him low trim cars to review.
