Man, I must've been standing just a few feet to the left of the camera person. What a great show. I brought a couple of friends who weren't familiar with the band, and they had a blast. The three of us caught their set at Cactus Records before the show. They sounded just as good doing acoustic versions.
Lucky!!! I had heard that they were going to play at a small shop but since I'm not from Houston, I wasn't familiar and couldn't figure out how to get tickets....
What a shame. No tickets were necessary, you just had to show up. A local brewery was also giving out free beers at the same time, so that was a cool extra.

I was at this show (House of Blues) and I have to say that Baroness put on one of the BEST shows I've seen in a while! They sounded Great and my buddy and I left really, really impressed by this band for sure! I've been a fan of theirs for about 7 years or so but this was my first time seeing them live and I'm so glad that I made the time to go and catch their show. Not gonna lie, I kind of had a crush on Gina after watching her Shred!
