Holy shit! I've never heard of this band or her on guitar... I just happened to run across an article about her white Tele with brown tortious shell pickguard being stolen at their show... I guess a so-called fan took off with it while it was being passed around. But now I have to look up more of her and this band. Mainly her because she shreds.

Nice video brother. Love doing these on the knees too. I developed a minimalist style approach to my training over the years. My leg & core day includes squats, rdls, suitcase carries and kb around the worlds. My core strength is a beastly.😂

I'm so happy to see your video. I have an MRI where my L5-S1 has shifted and theres almost no space between them, it's hard even to see the disc. Otherwise, healthy strong, was going to the gym all the time, I'm 38 and overtrained. I doing PT but it might not be enough and my GP says a fusion could be a good option. I would love to know how you are doing now? Any regular/chronic pain?
