    *I’ve been eating a fruit based diet for the past 6 years here are the side effects 6 years later* should’ve been the tile it’s NOT vegan diet it’s a raw fruit based diet with a side of potatoes

    I saw someone else in the background during dinner. Did you have a guest for dinner? Did that person eat the same meal you are eating or do you serve something else for guests?

    Flash back to my vegan days… You look super bloated, ouch!! I thought you were pregnant in the first clip! Sorry to say, but animal protein really helps with that. All the best ❤️

      Legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas, peas), along with plenty of water, definitely get the planty bulk cleaned out! Without those elements, all the other plant fiber kind of gets stuck.
