    My husband loves scallops and this looks like a great way of preparing them! Will try this for lunch tomorrow. Lasts week's prawn fritters were delicious!

    you've got to dilute the soy with some water, add a drop or two of sesame oil and add a bit of "fish sauce" - Boston Chinatown recipe

    Love the recipe but years ago in one of the cook books the scallops were steamed exactly same recipe interesting new concept to the same dish i personally prefer scallops steamed

    Come on please please use Fresh Ginger Rick.. You can clearly see by the colour of the ginger and the sound it’s Freeze ginger…

    Too much soy. Even with the milder Japanese soy, the soy taste will totally dominate everything else.
