Prusa MK4 Error 13604 on 5.1.2 firmware

Experimenting with the Prusa 5.1.2 (2.3.4 Bootloader) firmware to see how often Err# 13604 happens. It happens right at the beginning of the Bootloader. Out of the 16 times I power cycled the printer, it had the error 12 times, it had a power panic error once, and booted properly only 3 times out of 16 (18.75%).
The fact that it's at the beginning of the Bootloader suggests to me that possibly the bootloader is looking for the firmware file on the USB before the USB drive has been fully initialized. Slight variations in startup time of the USB drive versus the file access would allow it to occasionally find the file and boot properly.

Have you tried it with the USB flash drive unplugged?

Yes, with the USB drive unplugged it boots properly every time.

@@DaveTbar ok, good to know. So once I update mine, I'll have to make sure to erase the file of the USB drive. I haven't updated yet.

@@grantdeisig1360 I've tried factory reset and then loading the firmware from scratch but it doesn't fix the problem. It's a bug in the bootloader. I'm communicating with Prusa technical support about the issue. It's not a big deal, you can continue past the error and the printer will work just fine. It's just a minor bug
