Coming from the 12PM, the 14PM has enough upgrades to make the update justifiable. However, I can see why the 13ers are not too stoked about the 14 Pros. I'm loving my deep purple 14PM 512GB! 😁
These videos are so professional! I really wish Apple would add a third always-on option that was just the text/numbers/widgets....no low-brightness background. But I guess they want to stand out from Android devices. I really like the always-on display that the Pixel 3XL had -- if you used their live wallpapers, parts of the wallpaper would glow, but it was still mostly black.
if you turn on "Dim Lock Screen" for a certain focus, then the Always On display will completely turn off your lock screen, leaving only the widgets and time. Hope this helps!

So far pretty good. Biggest stand out for me is battery. At end of day still have 50% battery. That’s after using maps, you tube, many texts and calls and a little bit of game time.
Wish iPhone would have a "Favorite Setting" function - with each software update or reset, the Settings go back to the default setting and it takes time to reset to my Favorites - ahhhhhh
For me, to change the brightness I use triple tap on my iPhone. Settings - Accessibility - Zoom - select ON - triple tap on the screen - Zoom out. Now your low light triple tap is set up on your iPhone and to activate low light at any time - triple tap - select Choose filter and then Low light. Took me an while for "set up" but love this option.

they physically can’t. it is hardcoded into the bootrom of the a16 bionic chip. the bootrom can’t be modified through software update. only future phones with a16 bionic and newer if they continue to hardcode it, will have it.

I’m facing these issues after updating to watch os 9.0 1. In my Apple Watch compass application i’m not getting haptic feedback while rotating the directions and also in Modular Compact watch face 2. I didn’t get a call icon on Apple Watch at the top side while I’m in call on iPhone and I’m unable to transfer call from iPhone to Apple Watch
I’ve had the 14 pro for a few days now and I must say it’s a hell of a phone, the cameras are just unbelievable I’m a photographer and the camera and the things I can do just top what I can do on an android, (don’t get me wrong I can get decent pictures on an android phone) but in some situations the iPhone beats it
The haptic feedback used to be a battery eater on an android phone I used to have. Going to try it out though and see how it does on the iPhone. I love this 2000 nit display , I use my iPhone for the camera feed when I fly my drones, it is simply fabulous for that task now.
I’m not fan of changing my phone frequently…I brought 6 plus 2016 and still I’m using it…last few month started giving some issue but I want to buy 14MP so was waited till the release date and brought 14MP it’s big jump

Always on display: 59 hours of standby After 70 hours of standby without always on? Still 70% battery left. It consumes a LOT of power.
Any tips on how to lower or eliminate the annoyingly loud chime of an alert/text in my ear while on a call? Without having to turn of my ringer completely. I have the 14 pro max
I am not seeing HDR beside the resolution on TH-cam. When I go into TH-cam and adjust the resolution, I don’t see HDR beside it. Can you help me fix this?

I think maybe because you were explaining about 'Action Mode' without it being turned on, it gave you the option of 4K but this is not an option when AM is on.
I hope they add an option for always on display to make it mostly black with just the widgets and time showing. My 14 Pro gives me anxiety making me think like I have a new notification even though there isn't.

Aaron, on Verizon with 14 Pro. I am in areas with full bars 5G ultra wideband. I have to switch to LTE. I lose network connectivity.

I’m not sure you can shoot action videos at 4k. Every time I change to action mode I drop from 4k 60 down to 2.8k 60.
