Never played league, don't know the characters at all. But when I was describing this game to my friends who play league, they were able to identify the characters just from my broad descriptions of them, so I assume they went with well-known ones.
No, we could name all 168 of them just by description. Popular or not, doesn't matter.

And they will literally answer you immediately in first try.

nowadays no one really plays league anymore, people only USED to play league, and maybe jump in for an aram or smth.
2XKO is gonna be played A LOT in the beginning. Depending on how they handle it people will stay or wont.
But the LEAGUE community is known for not taking accountability for anything. So league players will play, lose, blame lag, blame the other person and never play again.

One buttons specials will never not be a joke. They think it brings new players to the game, but all it does is allow more experienced players to beat their ass easier.
