Wow, what a beautiful place. Thank you for sharing. Would it be sold furnished? And I am not asking only about the furniture, - I am looking for place for myself and seems that it is customary in Italy to sell a places completely stripped of everything- kitchen cabinets, toilets etc. Thank you.
The Italian habit is to sell houses free of furniture. I don't understand what you mean without bathrooms! 😅 This house is for sale empty. No furniture. It is currently for rent. A short-term contract. The furniture belongs to the tenants... but the bathroom fixtures will remain. It's incredibile to sell without! Maybe it happened with a house being renovated...... 🤔
I think you understand!! So you're telling her they're taking the whole kitchen with the, cabinets, refrigerator, etc. And they're taking the furniture. Is that what you're saying? BCuz that's what she wants to know. Do you get it? Is the kitchen going with the owners???????? Yes or no

@@kathifailor4660 Was I rude? And why was I rude? I also explained why it is for sale without furniture! The house is rented and the furniture belongs to the tenants. I think I was exhaustive!

Furniture is terrible I don't like it and none of the furniture matches the flooring or the house😅 It would be okay to have furniture when you move in so you could just come and live but this furniture I'd have to change out😅
@@kathifailor4660 I don't think it's appropriate to judge the furniture of a house that is obviously inhabited. You can say I like them or I don't like them, but it's not nice to use the word "terrible". This is my opinion.
The floors in this townhouse are gorgeous! ❤ The balcony is larger than I expected. The only thing I would change are the tiles on the bathroom wall. There is a lot of potential on the ground floor, too. Great find!
