Ill have to say CBR is one of my favorite bikes. The styling and riding position take the cake. I had a 1995 model and even then the seating was comfortable and the styling looked cool. I want one of these 2005+ model.
I bought an 06 new and kept it for years, and just recently picked up an 09. Awesome bikes. The 09 has a little more grunt in the upper mid range, and feels a little lighter than the 06.

I wear full gear minus gloves because I had multiple surgeries on my finger from a crash many years before. It’s too uncomfortable to wear gloves for me personally. Point is you never know why someone does something..
Always wanted a bike but only now getting serious considering I can afford one. Im curious & I’ll research anyways but what makes the early 2000s to 08 600rr so good?
The only thing that i hate is,all these aftermarket exhaust on most cbr's, its uckly asf, stock exhaust or lasers looks the best, hard to find a stock 600rr, but anyway cool bike tho

In China, if you ever ride a motorbike which was bought before 2011, it will be confiscated then destory, and you will go to jail+forfeit

I bought the bike like that. Drove 4 years, it was a fantastic bike that’s for sure!! Still miss the sound!

2004 has upside down forks.Thats a 2003 edition.
No....03-04 are the SAME model..
2005-06 had USD forks, radial tockiko calipers, and was 5kg lighter.And rider position was moved forward by 2cm..
