i unfortunately relate alot.. sadly a ton of us do but we'll have to continue just like you :) i am so glad you are doing better now, i have thought of making a video like this and i just cant seem to cuz of "oh god ppl will say this" "no no i promised myself to bottle it in so ill keep THAT ONE promise ive made to myself" etc etc sometimes you just have to dump it out tho, im not sure whether i will ever make a video like that or not (srry if it felt like i made this a bit too much abt myself lol) i hope everything continues getting better for you. being fully honest here and just trying to calm down for a moment from all the noise inside your head, you did both yoself and us good :D
Thank you so much, man. Don't worry too much about what other people think, tbh. If you need to express it, I would say, by all means, do it. In all honesty, that's why I made this when I did. I was in a really low moment in my depression, but I felt like I had to express it and also be more openly honest about it. However, initially (before doing my face reveal and even making this video), I was the kind of person that didn't necessarily want to make my identity (or even my face) the focus of what I did, but rather my art and the meaning to take the spotlight. But sometimes, we have to step outside of our comfort zones a little bit to experience growth and gain new perspective. It's something I am still learning, even, but we just take it day by day, you know? My point is, do what you think would ultimately lead to the greatest good you can offer (or even just ask Jesus, in my opinion). If you think you should make the video, even if it's not exactly like this but it's just you saying whatever you feel the need to say, I'd say go for it if you think it will really help you. But also, don't feel like you have to, either. Do what you feel is right to do. I appreciate all of the support, and I'm glad that I was at least able to impact somebody's day in a positive way. I pray for many blessings and graces to be upon you, as well, and may we get through these battles and struggles in life together. :) God bless. Thank you again for commenting.
hey man. umm ive felt a very dull moment in my life rn and i wish to support your health right now. the only advice i would want to give you is to live in the moment. its very cliche but if you think about it, if you focus too much on the past and the future, youll forget whats happening right now. just live life like its really you LAST day. enjoy your days her on earth while you have it.
Thank you for your thoughtful words and support. I honestly uploaded this days after recording it, and I've been at peace more and more as time is going on. I have found better ways of managing my mental health, but I still wanted to upload this video to hopefully relate to others who have felt the same way, and maybe even be helpful in some weird way through my honesty? Either way, it does mean a lot to me, and I still have progress to make, but I'm getting through it okay. Thank you. God bless. :)
