Rice Mainoo Bellingham has to be the middle 3. It will most likely be the biggest talking point. I don't think people quite understand that Bellingham HAS to play in the 10. In so many XIs people stick him next to Rice to accommodate Foden, Saka & Palmer. It's understandable, because Jude will be the best player on the pitch no matter where he plays... but we HAVE to optimise him, and play him where he is his unstoppable best, regardless of who that means misses out. That's in the 10.
I'd like to see him play a narrower 3 behind Kane. Palmer, Bellingham & Foden. Play 3 at the back in the centre with shaw and walker as wider wing backs. Stones can step up alongside rice in possession. I think all 3 of those behind kane would happily go beyond him if he wants to drop as he does for Bayern. I'd at least like to see him try it out! They can drift wider and rotate causing all kinds of issues. Would be a good option imo against certain opposition

The problem of left back wasn't addressed. In all probability Shaw won't be ready, Trippier isn't a left back and hasn't impressed this season. The only two who should be taken, are Mitchell and Gomez but Southgate didn't develop any other choices.
Good squad. I agree with 5 of your 7, but I would drop Wharton & Eze and take Bowen and Konsa. So one less deeper lying centre mid than you. I do like the option of playing 2 hybrid 8s/10s in Foden and Bellingham with Rice behind as a one-man pivot, against weaker teams. In that scenario, Gordon is first choice left with Grealish as backup. Bowen backs up Saka and Palmer is cover for Foden and Bellingham.
Solanke over Toney for me. One scored 20 PL goals and the other missed half the season and then didn't score in the last 12 games or so at the end of the season.
TAA isn't close to Mainoo in the middle of the park. Gallagher probably also not the right profile next to Rice and behind Bellingham. If you haven't seen Mainoo, think combination of Seedorf & Modric.
No need for Toney when Gordon, Palmer and Bellingham can all play as a 9 if needs be. Would take Bowen for his versatility and he's a good penalty taker! Harsh on Maddison but the injury came a the wrong time in such a competitive position for England too. Grealish is lucky to go on current form!
