    Thanks for the review! I’m 5’6/115lb/us 7boot(250mm), should I go with 142 or 138? Will be using it mostly for learning carving

      138 might be fun but you are kind of in between sizes and there is a big bump between the 138 and 142. What make/model/size board do you have now and how do you feel it fits you?

    Thanks for the review. I'm 5'10, 160 with a size 9 boot. Would you recommend a 150 or 154? I'm an east coast surfer coming off of an antique Forum Youngblood 155W that I sort of inherited, and never fit. I get out ~8-10 days a year coming from the east coast out west

      No prob. I would go with the 150 if you want better control and an easier board to ride all day. You can get more float and speed out of the 154 but it will be ta little more work when conditions get messy. I think both could work and it just comes down to what calls to you more. What make, model and size do you ride now?

      @@thegoodridesnow I've been riding a Forum Youngblood Chilly Dog 155w exclusively for 6 years without thinking too much about it. I'm optimistic that either size will feel like a drastic improvement!

      @@riverphoenix04 I should read the whole comment! Sorry! Yeah the 154 would feel pretty easy if you have been riding a wide with size 9's.

    I live on the ice coast would this board be a bad idea to get? I have a ride kink 155 and wanted something stiffer and directional to add to my quiver for cruisey rides and I can carve it if I want to. The kink sometimes slips out could be due to skill but its a park board. if i currently ride 155 the 154 of the 2023 psychocandy line would be the right size correct? As the next size down is 150. Are you planning on trying the 2023 Psychocandy?

      @@thegoodridesnow what's your take on the ice coast riding, can any of these dig in on a stop or speed check on very hard pack or ice?

      It will do OK on hard snow. I would get the 150cm if u ride a 155cm park board. This psychocandy has a fat ass. Harder to get on edge. Very stable.

    165 pounds size 10 boot, 150 or 154? currently have a gnu carbon credit 158 (2020). Was my first board I purchased, may have been a hair too big from the start, but im not sure. I think im ready to move up to something a little bit more, this board seems to lineup with what I am looking for (all mountain, do everything, trees, powder, not really into the park)

    I am 5'9", 150lb. Thinking to pick a psychocandy for powder tree runs, which is a better fit 146 or 150 board ?

    At 5’10 210lbs with a US size 10 boot would you recommend the 154 or 158? I also own a 154 Rome Stalefish and 158 Yes Typo if that makes a difference.

    • @thegoodridesnow

      How does the 154 Stale Fish and Typo ride for ya? Too big? To small? Just right??

    • @neil_b4_zod
      @neil_b4_zod 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@thegoodridesnow Typo felt too soft. It was fun and buttery, but I felt sketchy going fast with it. The Stale Fish feels like the right size. Im hoping that the Psychocandy can replace the Typo as my more buttery freestyle friendly board.

    I weigh 160. Pounds and I’m 6 foot, size 12 boot.
    I picked up a psycho candy size 147. Is it to small should I sell it or ride it? Our mountain hasn’t opened yet

    • @thegoodridesnow
      @thegoodridesnow  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      For sure sell it. You would be much better on the 154.

    Really thinking about the psychocandy. I’m 5’11 230-240 (gonna lose weight over the season) and size 12. I normally ride a 159-163. Should I go 158 bc of the weight/ shoe size or all the way to 154? 154 just seems too small

    • @thegoodridesnow
      @thegoodridesnow  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your weight and boot size will probably like the 158 better The 154 could work but if felt just right to a touch small for me being size 9, 185lbs & 5'10". What boards do you have now in 159-163?
