I believe thats a first year 1969-70 K0 model sl350, they came with electric start, single downtube frame, and steering stabilizer. the K1 70-71 model did not have electric start and a double downtube frame and no steering stabilizer.
Just like old cars they have their own look unlike most of the cars and bikes today that have no character. I only watch a few You Tube channels regularly and this is one of them.

My uncle had the same bike used to let me ride it all the time I was 14 years old for 2 years it sat told me if I could get it running I could have it that when I was 16 rode it till I was 20 sold it to get cr480r.
That is a first year!! The k0. Much different animal than the k1 and k2. I have a k0 in gold and a k1 in red. The k1 is much more off road capable

OK, I have to nit-pick. The SL350 is one of my all time favorites and I know them well, working at a major Honda dealer in the early 70's. At this level of perfection, why are the brake and clutch cables yellow with age? You left the originals on there? New cables would be approximately the same color as the fork slider gray. Please, so this doesn't drive me nuts...please throw a new set of cables on it. It deserves that.
