The six Weber carburetors were quite a challenge to adjust. Here's what, even back when they were new few owners could live with them for very long and most wealthy people chose other supercars which at least were somewhat "usable" in city traffic. Ferrari sold 5 times more similarly priced Testarossas and Porsche sold many 911's - which btw had the distinction of being able to be driven both on the racetrack and then to the office from the racetrack. But if looks and engine-sound is your only measure then "fair enough"... The Countach was the automotive equivalent of seriously spicy food. Most people can't eat it, but a few love it. But would you point fingers at people not enjoying their faces turning red and their taste buds worn? Taste is subjective. "I don't care". Sounding like a fanatic. Or a kid.
When I was young, in the early nineties I played a game in my PC called TEST DRIVE. I'm just now realizing just how accurate the graphics and sound were.
İt had very bad controls and phsycics but it was still good and fun. current games have excellent physics,graphics and controls, but do not enjoy the same as the old games
The same guys programmed "Stunts" aka "4D Sports Driving" afterwards, which included a better Lamborghini Countach and much better physics with the unrealistic part of surviving hefty landings after jumps etc..

It is a true handmade car, pure art, incomparable sound, pure driving force without the need for turbos and the best and only manual was a fantastic experience.
I’m convinced Italian car makers want you to know a windscreen wiper is something that’s tacked on, it’s not supposed to be there. I’ve owned a few Alfa’s and they’re excellent, but the windscreen wipers stand out as very poor. Same story for any older Ferrari or Lambo.

Hogging the left (passing) lane will get you a large ticket in Germany as will not using your turn signal,tailgating,weaving, etc. Those are the things that cause crashes and kill, not speed. That’s why the autobahn has a better safety record than U.S. Interstates despite not having a speed limit in many areas.

That's not true, Trucks are allowed in the left lane on two lane Autobahns except where signs show overtaking forbidden for trucks. Trucks overtaking trucks on the Autobahn is nicknamed Elefantenrennen (elephant race). Steep uphill sections are usually 3 lanes because otherwise one lane would crawl at 40 kph due to the heavy trucks struggling to climb.

The Countach came with a 5-speed synchromesh manual gearbox out of the factory, so it was for the show.
Looked amazing on a poster... but not sure I wanna be in it at that speed. Even the wiper wanted to step off!
