can't wait to hear an expansion chamber on it!
It’s definitely deeper sounding!
Please, please, please race 100/80 cc against the 80/60 cc!!!!
Pretty sure my built 80cc a smoke that even after break in period. Get her better pipe welded up and a bigger carb.
Perfect, new bikes starting soon!!!
Right on, it looks like it has potential for the common motorized bike enthusiast, will stay posted on further review of this engine with the emphasis on performance, durability, parts availability, and my personal favorite, vibration... Happy Trails !!!
My thoughts exactly. I’m excited to keep putting it through it’s paces.
Good evening my friend you are very good well done .I have also built a motor bike 80 I am very excited I go to my work almost every day 50 km distance I am from Greece here den
When is your updated video going to come out with the window piston and the 100
I never had problem to start new engine like he did, it starts soon let the clutch of, the problem I have to breaking in the new engine is to have drain all the fuel has in the tank from the previous engine, and start fresh with new gas and different oil ratio as first and very crucial step for breaking in engine, and I'm not talking about throttle stuff, talking about first time fire up 2 stroke engine, from professional engine bike installer represent bbr seller's, thanks Tony, this video should not exist,,
Please link the video you created of proper startup so that we can learn from a fellow expert. Thank you for doing that. Can’t wait to see it!
Buy the expansion chamber like bbr deluxe take it and stock muffler somewhere to get it cut and modified put a third transfer port in it
Nice!
Tony Hit the gas
thinking about gretting one will u bring out rebuild kits for it
Yeah the goal is make more parts available for them.
@@tonytaylor5087 i live in australia,shipping?
i feel like a calculated performance exhaust would make it get a lot of more power
It totally would!
I've never had any problems getting a new motor started like he did in this video. All my motors started right up as soon as I let go of the clutch lever.
You’re more amazing than me I guess. What’s your secret?
@@tonytaylor5087 He doesn't get paid to whitewash poor quality products
Does it have an iron sleeve cylinder?
Yup
@tonytaylor5087 I'm new to this whole thing, and just trying to learn for now. Don't those Iron sleeves make engines prone to sieze? I.E. the piston gets hot and expands, yet the iron sleeve does not, BOOM💥🔨💥🕳💨SIEZED...?
@@marcusprince3999ahh , no
Did you break it in I want to know how fast
Hey Tony, do you think the BT100 cylinder would bolt onto the BT80 electric start engine?
Maybe. I haven’t measured it though. But I’m going to do a more in depth assembly video in the coming weeks so that might be an opportunity to look into that.
no stud spacing is diff
I'm not concerned about bolt spacing, there.are ways around that, I'm more concerned about piston clearance.
bolt spacing can be abit difficult in the first place if there isn't much to work with. also with the piston u can always dremel abit out of the case bore to allow the piston to fit
Is there going to be a Canadian supplier in the future like the v1
What do you mean Canadian supplier?
Will we be able to buy them here for less shipping prices like before
Probably should email support on that one as I’m not sure.
Mine 100cc wont start😢
What bicycle are you using?
It’s BikeBerry’s F-Zero tank frame.
I have a 2 stroke 100cc engine. I have never use 2 stroke how do I do the petrol and oil mix would it be 40.1 if anyone can help me please appreciated
This guy said in one of his older videos 40.1 from day one to the end, just use good oil, and you will be all good
Since you Never revved to engine to max,as it's breaking in,I want to see you try EACH exhaust on it once it has 100+ miles.PERIOD.We want the Torque, and Cruise powers showed from each.
That’s something we’ll have to figure out as these exhausts mount on the right side w/ a different fitting. Expansion chambers will come in time but for now I’m thinking of an adapter somehow. Hmm
Top speed?
I can give them to start up the first time start up within 20 feet
Just got mf f zero n need to know what to do. 1st before start to ride it
There’s videos on the channel about the F-Zero.
Just got f zero put 80 cc on it
Does it show me how to put acrh chain tensioner
There’s an arch chain tensioner video I did awhile back.
@@tonytaylor5087 ok thanks looking for it to watch
Ok. What is all that on the front engine mount side? I didn't put all that on and the exhaust stud rubs the frame. Is that how BB wants you to put it all on?
Not sure what you mean. It’s a universal clamp that you can situate on there however you like. The exhaust stud doesn’t rub the frame on mine.
When new vids of it?
I don't want to wait any longer for high performance parts for this engine 😢. We just need a true mz65 clone pipe for this engine as nothing is available on the market.
That's called using a jam nut. The whole double nutting trick everyone who messes with bikes should know that. It's very important. Especially preventing dipshits from destroying the threads on axles. I just cringe when someone grabs a pair of vice grips!
Can't they go 10hp at 60cc ?
I wish you didn't edit the sound of the motor out and replaced it with your voice
I’ll be doing more videos so you can hear it.
Build a more powerful engine then the phantom 85
I love the idea of the phantom. Seems like they’re still working the bugs out. I’m wondering if there already is a more powerful one than it out there?
Not many people here know it, many people ask me
Seems sluggish. Sounds fuel starved . 🤔
First time startup.
Just give me 6.5hp that doesn't overheat and I'm happy.
I had one building a new one now
@@kennyshaw-oo9nw what's the base motor and key components?
It isn't a "100cc" why lie? It's 78cc.
Yeah we all know. It’s just what everyone agrees to call them.
@MikeNBikes It's so messed up; If you did call it 78cc, folks would assume that it's the 66(ish)cc.🤣
@@tonytaylor5087 Nobody agrees. The only people who agree are teenagers and adults in denial that their "100cc" isn't a "100cc"
If you want to go faster just put a pz20 carburetor improved you will see games you never seen before anonym Little and by the way the stuff you build the phones are junk money we paid for them ain't worth it
They only got six mm brides
I feel like it barely ran and it doesn't take a genius to figure out what the issue is with it having trouble getting it started and running right. It doesn't come with a window piston or 3 transfer boost port in the cylinder. It runs like shit lol.
Probably something you shouldn’t waste your time with then as they’re not for everyone.
Nope
I feel like he's getting paid to say what he's saying which is beating around the bush not admitting it runs like garbage.
Really? BikeBerry never tells me what to say. They don’t even see the videos before I post them. Plus this is probably the most transparent style of video as I didn’t edit anything. I put an engine on and pedaled it 85 yards, it fired up then I rode it 1/2 mile. Don’t be too skeptical in life.
@@tonytaylor5087 why would you only ride it for a half mile tho. That's barely even enough time to let the engine warm up. Let's just keep it real, someone needs to let bikeberry know these engines will not run properly without a window piston.
You would think whoever designed this motor would know a window piston or 3rd transfer under the intake port is a must have if your going to run Reed valves on your motor.
You can put a window piston in there if you want to. I plan to do that on this one.
No Thanks! I'm definately NOT an Eeeeee-eeeeee-eeee kinda guy! I'd be embarrassed to ride it around! I'm an alpha-male an gotta have a 4-stroke Put-put-put motor! like the old days! plus I don't want all the extra pollution a 2-stroke emits, burn't oil, Yuk! There's a reason why they discontinued 2-stroke motorcycles! They POLLUTE far more than a 4-stroke! and they also do not last as long as a 4-stroke! 2-stroke? No Thank You!
Not worth it 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
It’s so awesome!
@@tonytaylor5087 nope 👎🏾😂
Oh yeah it is 😂😮😅
I guess you can make one better?
why not?
