    0:44 yeah but what are the degrees they're open for? that's going to effect the engine much more than a few burrs.

    Pre-ordered one! I hope these run ok.

      It’ll be interesting testing them out!

    @mattparker9726. You should not worry about the burs or casting. I have experience with the cdh or samger which is a 49mm iron bore and it comes with significant overhang. To get any power out of it at all you need to grind out the cast

    You should see if the piston and jug bolt up to the BT80. 😊

    • @vipervidsgamingplus5723
      @vipervidsgamingplus5723 ปีที่แล้ว

      If the studs have the same spacing, bolting it on will work. Though the piston is different. That would be a good question.

      @Bull3tBikes ปีที่แล้ว

      Bt80 and bt100 block has different stud pattern, also the transfers on the bt100 are a completely different shape

    Im a little new to the bike engine world but couldn't you use the2 piece jug from the v2 for other 1piece 100cc engines?

    @z28kid71 ปีที่แล้ว

    Definitely have to get myself one of thses to try i have 5 top ends of the bt100 all dieing do to heat around the exhaust side and would love to see how thses hold up to the summer heat 🔥

    Hm interesting that it doesn’t have a windowed piston or a boost port on a reed valve engine? I’m eager to see the running video

    • @CamChapman89
      @CamChapman89 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Right! I thought a Reed valve wasn't really effective without a windowed piston?

      Good to know just took out my first bicycle engine build a few weeks ago its a 66/80cc and have been trying to soak up as much information as possible.

    ill be interested when theres more than 200...sweet design though, love that it has an integrated reed valve!

    Do they make expansion chamber pipe for this motor

    Please tell me why you have a reeded motor with no window in the piston? Wtf

    That iron sleeve is going to be a pita to port.

  • @joefisher7792
    @joefisher7792 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    well I just had to return a bt100 because it's seized up the first mile got it unstuck and it did it again the next mile it wasn't even hot I think it has a heat issue you know there's this little bit of space where the exhaust pipe hooks up and fire surrounds that area on the piston and the gas is sent down in The jug cooling it down result one side gets hotter as the other side gets cooler causes a cold seized yeah real bitchin design

  • @marcusprince3999
    @marcusprince3999 ปีที่แล้ว

    I'm new to this whole thing, and just trying to learn for now. Don't those Iron sleeves make engines prone to sieze? I.E. the piston gets hot and expands, yet the iron sleeve does not, BOOM💥🔨💥🕳💨SIEZED...?

    • @SGmotorsport9590
      @SGmotorsport9590 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Kinda, you have to let it warm up for a minute or two or it will sieze under load

    Why a G2 reed? So many better reeds out there.

    Mr tony that iron sleeve look like it's index or has a lip preventing the sleeve from pulling through the cylinder that's real good on like the other iron sleeve on the market what the retail price

  • @mattparker9726
    @mattparker9726 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    @ Tony I would like to get into testing Bikeberry products, and I've sent them an email regarding that, Basically, over the years I have heard very negative things, rumors mostly, about Bikeberry, and I would like to do testing on your products to confirm or deny those rumors. Specifically, I was curious if I could get you to send me one of the 2 stroke bullet train motors, I've had the most experience with similar chinadoll motors, so I could most accurately judge if your engine was a better engine overall. At this point, I'd like to judge by three main categories, first, and most important to me, as your ad makes it pretty clear this is a big selling point, is reliability as compaired to a stock 66cc engine. Second, parts availability, can I fix it if it breaks? And third, general quality of the engine over all, and daily ridability. Will it, for example vibrate so much that more than 30 minutes of riding becomes painful? (like my last chinadoll) for example? Other than the alternate starting methods are there any additional reasons to buy your kits? Anyways, I know I'll get a lot of flack for asking, and it's a long shot anyways, but this is a genuine interest of mine, and no body sponsors you till you don't need it anymore, kind of like asking a bank for a loan. I do mostly gaming videos, but I just got a new camera being sent my way by another awesome creator! So soon, I'll have the ability to film in 1080p 60fps no problems.

      Sad you say rumors.. unfortunately I've been one of the customers that got treated horribly by there customer service. Not even going to get into the crap they pulled..... but hopefully others will not have to experience the horrible services that I did

    How do you have a motor with a reed valve setup and no window piston nor 3rd transfer port? 💩💩💩

    For 50$ more you can get a ported balanced Josh Zeda engine. Do your homework. Look at Josh's China dolls.

    ⭐️ Dude, you’re showing the defects and saying “it’s not a big deal” where is your evidence for this? If the OUTSIDE of the case is lacking, what does this tell us about the INSIDE and port mapping? Stop releasing crap products start innovating!! ⭐️
    If you did any market research, you would understand NT speed carbs function better and are far more reliable than BoFang carbs. Why can’t you have it defaulted to your motors?
