I am using a word instead of a resolution. The word is reciprocity. I have found that just focusing on a word that is meaningful in my life at this time lends simplicity concerning my focus for 2025.
I hear what he's saying but I believe the bold declaration is the _direction_ and the daily steps lead toward it. I declared _Peace_ as my resolution a few years ago because I'd experienced several losses and my emotions were shaky. Thereafter, at every decision point I would ask myself "Will this bring me peace?" Will this person, conversation, tv show, purchase, food, alcohol, job, etc bring me peace. I still forget sometimes and get caught up in the excitement/drama of gossip or an ill considered purchase, but it's mostly second nature now. And my life _is_ peaceful. You can make bold changes, but it's the daily work of remembering _how_ that brings it into manifestation. ❤
I've just become older than I ever believed...so 66 years, a lot of those had resolutions..some worked out, most not...today I turned 66, January 1st 2025, my only goal...cut myself some slack, no more negative talk, and value every day no matter how it turns out....as for any changes, beling the loser I am, I don't hope or plan for much
So true.. most people have desire for big goals but it’s so easy to go backwards. Baby steps until one day, you’re there! Happy new year “ trudging the road of happy destiny”!
