This Camry looks SICK with that Underground color, gloss black wheels, and tinted windows!
Agreed!
absolutely beautiful!!!
Is White more ill than sick grey
Now imagine with black emblems !!
They sold me on this model! And I have loved Toyota reliability for years!
Congratulations! Great choice!
I just bought the SE yesterday. Nice to hear the great review.
Thank you! Congratulations!
You articulate very well and have a very high vocabulary for someone whose first language wasn’t English. Very impressive!
Thank you!
that is offensive. How do you know that his first language is not an english?
@@Soul_Flow_ i dont take offense. We are all adults and that's true that my first language is not English.
Love this color. Might want one of these used in a few years with like 40k miles
that's the plan!
I bought this model yesterday 05/28/24. Absolutely love it!
That's awesome! Congratulations!
Thank you!
Which colour?
Just purchased an SE AWD with cold weather package: heated front seats and heated steering ( great for New England winter)
Enjoy your new ride, the AWD will come in handy in few months.
Is there any market adjustment now?
@@xinsu8576 There was actually $2000 off MSRP
Omg that’s exactly what I want. How much was it all in total? 😊
@@xinsu8576 there was actually a $2000 discount offered by the dealer.
I just got and 2025 XSE, it is black, black interior with all black badging as well. Absolutely love it. Wish it was murdered out with the all black wheels too but I can’t be too picky I guess.
Congrats!
I'm the fan of Toyota for a while & I buy this.
Awesome!
Wait for the first year to go through
I checked under the hood. I believe the mounting points are still there for hood struts. You should be able to purchase from Toyota for $200. Easy install. Watch a video how to install.
Great review. Whats your opinion on the interior and infotainment system when compred to the 2025 Honda civic? I'm trying to decide between those two.
Thanks
This one is rather comparable with Accord, and I like this new Camry interior better.
Nice looking car
I like this redesign!
XSE all day just with the pano roof alone
Wow 😊😊😊😊 this was a reel beauty 1:00
👍
Can you let the people know about screen What screen size coming in se upgrade awd. Thank you
Idk.. I actually prefer the LE. Tho the SE looks more expensive than it is. Imo a loaded up SE isn’t worth it. For that kind of money you could get into an XSE. Btw yes heated seats and steering wheel do come as a option on the LE and SE
I will be checking out the LE trim soon, will post a video shortly after. I like the "sportier" look and the wheel of SE better.
Just so you test drivers kno all trim levels with the starter button do ha e remote start
Short press lock two times and hold it for 5 s third time.
Should I get AWD? Not many videos or opinions on the AWD subject. I live in Florida so no snow. But I’ve always driven real wheel drive and would like the extra 10 horsepower. Not sure if it’s worth it.
No snow but we do get lots of rain (not this year so far) I think I would go for AWD, tough to find one here though.
Only worth it if AWD sends power all the time. Instead of only when the front tires slip.
Remember 10 more hp but it adds weight due to rear motors.
@@Alumnikiid having the front tires occasionally slip is exactly what I’m not comfortable with when driving a FWD. On the Camry, does the AWD always prevent this slippage and at least give you the feeling of driving an RWD?
@@MattTheCarguy Do you think they could be coming to Florida later in the year. Did any AWD arrive in Florida late in the year for the 2024 model. Can they possibly be special ordered if not in a hurry.
@@Michael1Charles2 So the AWD is just an assist to get extra grip from dead stop. It’s NOT any advanced system like SH AWD (TLX) or Symmetrical AWD (WRX).
No RWD feel at all.
I'm trading my 2018 w 2025... but one thing I'm weary is possible recall since the car just came out.
Recalls are good thing. Means manufacturers are fixing problems, but I hear you. I usually wait till its at least 6 months out.
Do you know the tint percentage on the windows? Thanks!
Not sure but they never go over max legal limit.
Looks really good I'm not sure about forcing everyone to buy hybrid. I also don't like CVTs.
I dont mind this Hybrid, much better than some of the competitors. CVT? Oh well.
@@MattTheCarguy so what kind of maintenance and longevity does it have
No one talks about maintenance and longevity of the Ecvt. That is more of an issue than the hybrid. If a car lasts 300000 miles but the transmission won't there's a problem.
@@robertsparks7244 i was hoping you tell us since you are concernwd about it. Have you heard about any major issues or design flaws of the eCVT? For the record i much rather prefer regular torque converter.
@@MattTheCarguy yes a video on the required maintenance as well as longevity. These cars should last a few 100000 miles so how about the transmission.

Old folks love this old school sedan!
haha, what do you drive young man?
@@MattTheCarguy
Porsche 🇩🇪
@@billyrock8305 now you taking my language!... but not everyone can afford one and depending on which model but you can buy several Camry's for the price of one Porsche.
@@MattTheCarguy
The Camry is incredible. All the older folks I know have them and love them. Quality and reliability is the best in the world. If you’re old and still can drive, this is for you! ✅
I never allow a dealer to put their sticker on any car i buy. My new XSE will arrive end of June and it won't have a dealer decal on it.
easy to take off
Thank you for advising the whole world of this. Will be on the lookout for your car without the sticker.
@@ericB3444 simply pointing out that I don’t allow dealers to put stickers on a car. I can tolerate license plate frame but if a dealer wants to “advertise” on my car then they can pay me.
@@chriskane8625 when I wear a Calvin Klein shirt that says it on a shirt I bill them $.52 a minute.
Thought the screen on this trim was actually smaller.

Thanks!@@MattTheCarguy
@@ricardoc203 👍
how exactly did you get that screen on the SE ? they can swap it out?
You order it with multimedia upgrade package, this cannot be done after purchase.
Does it have a nightclub in the basement? Does it have an indoor pool in the sub basement?
And a Disco ball
@@MattTheCarguy please advise if the disco ball is crystal. This is no Corolla.
@@ericB3444 of course, self spinning too.
Do you work with Anthony?
No. Who is Anthony and where does he work?
He has a TH-cam channel called Hawkeye Rides and references Stadium Toyota in Tampa.
Big bad Tony of course he does
Nice looking car. But no push button entry on the door handle, old school bulbs on the tail lights and that old school steering wheel? Come on Toyota, it's 2025,
Lol, they always have to leave features for higher trims, but i agree, no excuse on the lights and smart entry. You get ot with base competitors like Kia or Hyundai.
Don't understand why everyone besides Japan gets the water down version of the cars. The Japanese version is so much better.
I was just looking on Japanese website and could not even find a Camry there. They have Corolla, Crown and Mirai in their sedan section.
lol...$35k with taxes and fees, you're looking closer to 40k for a BASE LE/SE Camry trim, that's the price for a 2024 Camry XSE. How is a 40k base 2025 Camry considered "affordable"?
Dang, 7k for taxes and fees on SE? Where do you live?
@@MattTheCarguy you quoted the Camry in the video is listed at 35k. With taxes and fees, it'll be around 38-39k out the door which is close to $40k is it not? I'm in CA unless taxes and fees are different in Florida.
@@MichaelVang-jx9jxpretty close. Tax in Florida is 7% but this vehicle has some options that you dont have to get on SE which starts around 32k and that with everything will bring you to around 35k. But if you like the equipment in the video than yes it will cost you around 38k
@@MattTheCarguy Noted. Sadly I've seen base 2025 Camrys being listed at $35/36k regardless of equipment in CA already.
Dude, I am getting an LE with the convene package and cold weather packand and floormats and with dealer doc fees, taxes and transportation fee it came to $33k out the door. Chill
These are really ugly in front. I finally got around to going to the local Toyota dealership after hours to check it out. The side and back looks good and almost identical to the last few years, but man cars are getting uglier. I don't know if they were trying to copy the Elantra in front or going for the Corolla look. Same old for the most part.
Side is very similar to the previous gen, front and rear are matter of personal opinion. I like it. The old one was already outdated.
I respectfully disagree; in my view the front being all one body color adds a lot of “cool factor” and it looks ultra modern. Everyone has their own preferences and opinions, of course. 😊
