This is my favorite performance ever on American Idol right along with that performance by Adam Lambert when he sang "Feeling Good." That staircase walk and that ridiculously long note he held at the end is classic. Joshua's performance was classic as well and you could feel the emotion when he sang. I have to fight back tears every time I hear this performance.
This performance really moved my spirit I connected with every word he sung. Soulful is not even enough to describe this guys talent best male vocalist I have ever heard, his better than the show better than most famous singers I hope he makes it big !!
I thought I was the only one who had a spiritual connection and experience with this performance. It truly was more than emotion for me...I had a Spiritual Experience on this one.
I will never forget that season. Joshua s voice is once in a century type of voice. He was clearly peak of the park with Jessica right behind . It would be a waste for him not to wax albums . He is what a generation waits for to happen

Oh my goodness, this took me back and made me cry, again! I think Steven Tyler was right! This is a voice that the world has been waiting for and NEEDS to hear! Incredible. And yes, best season ever, followed by season 8, but then I only started in season 8 so can't say too much! But I'm so charged up when I listen to Joshua's voice and watch his performance, he has such an electric magnetism to him, it's life-changing...
