Even from the judges responses after the performance, they were always a bit more unhinged with there praising of Josh. They were too tame and laid back that night! They knew he wasn't going to win, and he knew he wasn't going to win, for several reasons, but I'll just say politics. There is no way you can make me believe that this man did not deserve to win that title. The producers would not allow him to win for other reasons which I won't mention. But I know enough about this industry to know, Joshua was always fighting an uphill battle which is extremely unfortunate because he is probably one of the best male vocalists to come around in the past 10 or 15 years.

It comes from God-given talent and singing in church all of your life with the sound systems that you have to work with from church to church. No monitor or in-ear piece is no big deal.
