It’s interesting how knowing how Akk was behind all the “curse” incidents makes it harder for Ayan to trust him. And yet, Ayan cares about Akk enough that he can no longer leave him alone. He truly believes Akk took his notebook, and since Akk is so fond of lying, he can’t trust the denials he hears. I like that Akk was behind everything but the notebook. I hope he really didn’t take it. If Akk isn’t careful to start telling the truth, he’s at risk to become a compulsive liar. As a side note, I really really like Ayan’s role in this episode.
