      Yooooo, couldn't agree less. The M720 is pretty much an MX master mouse without the horizontal scroll wheel, and a more premium finish :D It's a steal when you buy the MK850 combo, 2-in-1 !

    The production quality is amazing man, well done! Definitely see a lot of sucess coming your way! Just a tip, as another guy said, slowing down your speech will help balance the video out a bit more, as it can be a bit hard to understand you at some points.
    Shame it doesn't include a rechareable internal battery like the MX Anywhere series. That's the only thing I'd say would tip my decision towards the MX Anywhere 2s over this.

      @@TBD_Teebs I have the original Mx Master and after about 3 years of use I'm now having to charge it every 3 weeks. Compare that with swapping a battery once every year or 2... it's worth considering that eventually the battery will hold less charge, and you'll have to charge it more and more often. That's why I'm considering a removable battery mouse. Less hassle!

    If connected between two devices only. Switching to other devices feels cumbersome compared to m585/m590. Here you have to activate the switching with first click, then have to choose the right device based on the order( if you have are on device, to switch to device 2 you have to click twice in total, and to switch from device 2 to one you have to click thrice). With m585/m590 just click once, as simple as that.

    • @kendidshoots
      @kendidshoots  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there, yeah for sure. The M720 is a more common 3-device switching mouse. To compare it with a mouse that has only-2 device max is a little unfair. IMO, the initial press on the bluetooth switch button just indicates which device you are currently one, and you'd have to cycle through all the numbers to switch. It is pretty much a NORM to cycle thru numbering like this. So it is a cherry on top on the M585/590 but not necessarily a con for the M720.

      Hey there ! unfortunately the device switching on the keyboard and the mouse is INDEPENDENT. And it does not switch automatically. However you are using the Logi Options connected with both the peripherals. When using the Flow function from device 1 to device 2 by simply dragging across the screen, as soon as the mouse is detected on Device 2, the keyboard will switch over as well. IF I AM CORRECT. Honestly cannot remember, and i dont have the combo set with me at the moment and I apologize for it !!

    near perfect for home/pc combination use. very quick bluetooth switching between devices. i bought this mouse because of its unique feature in the market (even today 2023) having the rf/bluetooth switch button accessible via the thumb. allows me to switch between my work laptop and home PC in milliseconds. Other 2.4Ghz/bluetooth combo mice have their buttons underneath and so not as quick/handy to switch between devices. the dual mode hyperscroll wheel was the surprise feature I didn't know I was looking for. very handy for office and browsing! only real letdown is the clicker started failing after 3 years. i hope they re-release this with bluetooth 5.1/5.2 and possibly a gaming-level clicker mechanism.

      I have a surface book, a gaming pc, a zenbook duo, and a galaxy tab s9 ultra. I currently use 2 keyboards and 2 mice but I have a gap in terms of connecting to one of the 4 devices. I may get this out of pure ocd for wanting the setup to feel complete. I partly have so many devices because when I travel I can use my 2 screen laptop with the tablet as an external display. I find it difficult and uncomfortable to program with only one monitor. It may look like overkill but I definitely use my ultrawide, my regular monitor and my samsung smart monitor all the time. Having the tablet lets me write notes and I no longer need to print anything. I dont use the surface book that often but it is nice to have in case I want a laptop that doesnt require an intense GPU. The battery lasts longer, the screen can reverse when watching videos, and it doesnt heat up as much so I can use it on my lap or on a bed. I think I am pretty much covered for all my tech needs. I basically do this with all products so that I can have the device I need for the specific use. I have a gaming headset for video calls and gaming, a bose 700 noise cancelling for regular music listening, and airpod pros for running or for easier carrying. It may seem unnecessary but I feel like I legitimately use all these devices fairly often. I am wondering if anyone else out there has a similar setup when it comes to tech products?

      Hey Kien ! I have tried a couple of FPS games (CS, Krunker) and also open world RPG games (Valheim), it is pretty... normal ! nothing fancy, no high dps, not lightweight, etc... sooooo. yeah ! you could use it for MOBA gaming like Dota LOL etc... should be no probs. but it's just not a Gaming mouse per say~!

    I was looking Logitech G304/305 as it was in same price range but then ordered the M720 cause i like the scroll that is just like my wired G502.
    I dont play games and this G602 is also something 3 plus years old by now. I was just wanting to get a wireless mouse for everything other then gaming.
    First i got me a cheap wireless built in battery and it was like once in a week or two needed charging. Then i tried Rapoo MT550 cause it had the AA battery option.
    Built in battery is no go for me. I want to change the battery as these dont work forever. But that Rapoo that is basically some Logitech copy cat brand or something that basically do same design like Logitech have. But it's scroll is skipping and that is really annoying. So i was looking the G304 cause it takes 1xAA battery and then this pop up in search and it have the 2 things i like as thumb rest and scroll that can switch to free roll while also have that left to right moving that helps a lot in photoshop. That DPI or switch between devices button is a bit weird place so i hope i wont hit it easy. Kind of lame place for that function but well nothing is perfect. Reading manhwa is a serious scroll killer.

    Which one better? Mx anywhere or this triathlon?

    • @kendidshoots
      @kendidshoots  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Nadzree, depends if you need the feature of the Mx Anywhere being able to glide on Glass. The MX anywhere is also slightly smaller, I’ve use a 2S before, rechargeable battery. I prefer the triathlon in terms of ergonomics, it’s way bigger, better to hold, and there’s a dedicate button for hyper fast scroll unlike the MX Anywhere, you use the scroll wheel click to lock and unlock (which you lose a button function) 🤣

      @@kendidshootsmy vain brain wanted me to buy the Mx master 3, but my practical brain said the m720 would suit my slightly smaller hand better. After buying I immediately regretted this cost saving measure (m720 was one third price of Mx master). But as soon as got my hands on the m720 and easily set up my 3 different devices using the switching button I forgot entirely about the Mx master. Using it together with Mx keys mini keyboard.

    Do you think the Logitech g305 is better in any way?

    • @bradh81
      @bradh81 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have both. The M720 is better overall, but the G305 lacks the rubber surrounds, which is a good thing in my opinion, as the M720 rubber tends to degrade over time and get sticky.
