Really interesting mansion. The barbecue area, however, is a bit a downside for me. Could be better placed to serve the view and your quests.

Hey Giovanni - Thats an excellent pt to mention the day & month so us viewers get a much better idea for the sun. I wish to see a time lapse from just b4 sunrise to just after sunset facing over the pool to the views. That will provide me with a great deal of info to absorb.

After numerous attempts of buying my first property back in 2005-2006 I finally was able to buy I'm 2011 this was at the bottom of the 2008 crash. I got a great deal and am currently sitting on over $200k on equity I took some equity out to buy a few more properties I purchased one for $115k put $70k into it and sold it $342k in 2017..the point is don't give up have a good plan and strategy... Either you're a wolf or sheep take advantage of these opportunities..

the bathroom is a nightmare and you can easily access the balcony from the "green wall" - would be interesting to see if a sportscar can make its way to the entrance (curve) ?
Therefore such property has a good alarming system 🤭 … don‘t expect non invited guests in the area of Zagaleta

Yes, I too wondered that. They are a few (Villa Cristal comes to mind) but certainly only a handful.

What do you think about the driveway? I think its extremely short & small unlike others (I need to keep in mind that this price pt is much smaller than others) I just like a majestic driveway to welcome you home!!
Zagaleta certainly does have it all.

In my opinion, solar panels do not work well everywhere
It depends on the geographical location of that place

Good to see Arcadio/Langoon back on the market and I love the furniture, especially the Moooi light balls in the living room and Artemide Chandeliers. You forgot to mention the garden view to the higher villas heaven11 and Enso 😎. as I learned (from you ✌🏼8,5 plus 0,4 for furniture seems not realistic (see it not above 7,5 complete). Overall congratulations to this very nice tour.
