We got this hole for throwing our laundry in too. The architect sold it to us too as a super cool thing etc. Friends of us build a home with a laundry room on the same floor as the bedrooms and tbh this is way more convenient than this hole because you still have to get the stuff back upstairs. Well. at least we have to :D Other than this a suuuper awesome home!!

This house is amazing. I like how it is set up with the walk-in closet in the primary bedroom, along with the staff rooms in the lower level. As to the video quality, you guys are killing it. The editing is really good; with the transition from day to night. Throw in the CL500 at the beginning of the video, and you've got yourself a deal, haha. Keep up the great work guys. PS: Minor detail -- the pronunciation of façade in US English (probably different from UK English) is FA-SOD instead of FA SAYD.

The pronounciation is the same as in German "Fassade" just without the "e" at the end. It is the same in US and UK English as it is a French word.
The lights in the informal lounge i absolutely love, they look like butterflies. Also the 2 bedrooms on the main floor where they share a bathroom are called Jack and Jill bedrooms :-) When Dominik was in the wine cubby, for some reason i felt like Patrick was looking to see if there was a lock on the door, so he could lock Dominik in there 😅. Personally i would turn the cinema room into the gym area, the floor to ceiling looked higher also. Turn the ping pong room into the cinema room and the turn gym into a treatment/sauna room with the hamam next door. But gorgeous property nonetheless. The Fat Arse Sound System, Dominik you never cease to amaze me with your choice of English words 🤣. And holy moly with that back flip into the pool.

I love all of the additional spaces on the bottom level that can be used in so many ways. Great artist studios for one! It was also nice to see a screening room which are so ubiquitous here in the US for the rich and even the not so rich ! Great job!

That is one hot house I love it I have to wait to get the money and tickets to go and get it there but I love that place it is one of the better ones you have shown so far that I have seen. In the 2 extra 2 rooms, I would make one for the gaming room and the other into a big office/massage room. There is enough storage rooms lol.

I have 5 of them.
Almost every home here in Finland have at least one of them. And a second one in their summer place.
In old days people here were born in sauna, and also in the end of their days they were prepared for their last voyage in sauna.
So Finnish people are sauna people, so sauna it would be for me thank you 👍
