మీ విశ్లేషణ బాగానే ఉంది.. కాకపోతే ఒక మాజీ బిగ్ బజార్ ఉద్యోగి గా కొన్ని విషయాలు మీరు చెప్పలేదు అని నేను భావిస్తున్నాను..
1) హద్దు పద్దు లేకుండా discounts ఇవ్వటం, దాని వలన topline వచ్చిన bottom line పూర్తిగా దెబ్బతింది
2) సరి అయిన నియంత్రణ పద్ధతులు లేకపోవడం, దానితో చాలా మంది ఉద్యోగులు మిస్ యూజ్ చేశారు
3) ఎక్కడ checks లేకపోవడం..
ఇంకా ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయి...

Big bazaar items were expensive compared to market price. Quality products were not sold there. The promises made in ads weren't reflected in stores. More and Dmart had reasonable prices.
