Plus her teaching the Youkai to be peaceful would literally result in their ceasing to exist. Youkai exist because Humans fear them, and if Byakuren's ever got her way and the humans stopped fearing Youkai, they'd all just die. Byakuren's a hypocrite and an idiot.

No, you are right, while in Gensokyo youkai won't cease to exist even if they are not feared, so Byakuren's doings make sense. Edit: Upon further investigation into the print works it's confirmed that youkai indeed cease to exist if human's don't fear them even inside Gensokyo, that's why the human village exists, it's the youkai's cattle. Byakuren's desire is to separate youkai from their human fear dependant egos through Buddhist teachings, if that can actually be archieved is yet to be seen.

This was, without a doubt, the greatest Touhou battle I've seen yet by far. About the Scarlet Devil Mansion, Sakuya probably expanded the space around Reimu and Cirno to protect the mansion. Speaking of the mansion, now that Reimu has defeated Cirno, it's time for her to step into the shadows of the hell house. But given how epic that last fight was, it's doubtful Reimu will have another fight that epic inside.

Spirit Sign "Spirit Bomb", charges faster than Goku's version and is probably twice as powerful. Oh, and Cloud's sword made out of Shinto charms. Because nothing's more badass than EPIC PAPER CUTS! Also, Skyrim's ice mages shoot one icicle. Cirno launches dozens of them in spellcards that are considered "easy". The Dragonborn suddenly seems like a wimp in comparison. In the end, all this video is missing is Cirno using Icemake Bazooka.

I recognize the dialogue as being from the final battle of Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. I just can't figure out who is who. It starts out looking like Cirno is Cipher and Reimu is Pixy, but later on Cirno is using Pixy's dialogue.
My i find this video so dynamic and so WOW! it even makes references to Ace Combat Zero!XD the fight versus Pixy! I can´t even imagine how much work was put in this piece of ART! Congratulations!=)
Cirno is one of my favourite Touhou Characters. She is very strong, of course. But in this story, her mind was slowly swallowed by her power and going to destroy everything and anything. Sigh... Poor Cirno. (And I saw Cirno is worried when she discovered that she is going to be controlled by her power.)
Ice and cold is the nihilistic force of nature, it spreads just as surely as fire. Cirno is the living avatar of ice symbolically, so I guess it makes sense that she would eventually try to freeze over all things. If only Cirno was like this more often, it's refreshing to see the fairies put up a good fight for a change.
For comparison, @@carroboi2981, _Faily Wars_ confirms that Cirno *is* protagonist level, power-wise. She actually _wins_ a fight against Marisa, although Marisa is holding back a bit IIRC.
This looks more like what Cirno would be like as an extra stage boss than an act 2 boss - she isn't usually in the same league as Reimu (consider that the Great Fairy Wars extra boss is marisa with flashlights instead of lasers, for example). But this was a great animation, keep up the good work!

Youkai aren't a lesser race. They're objectively stronger than Humans, and only powered Humans like Reimu, Marisa, Sanae, and Sumireko (and Sakuya if she counts) have the strength to contend with them, and that's only under Spell Card Rules. Without them, most Touhou fights would be curbstomps from the perspective of the Stage 5/6/Extra Bosses.

Okay, Okay I got something. Reimu wasn't trying to get Crino or the fairy, instead she was trying to get them out of what was happening around them. How? The reimu way of course, knock them out so they don't get into trouble. However she had hit the fairy first and not Crino who can fight unlike the fairy. Not knowing why they were attacked Crino starts attacking Reimu. Reimu of course fought back, but noticed something was wrong with Crino so she tried to defeat her. This lasted for a while until Crino got the upper hand. Thinking that they've won Crino(I love typing her name) and the fairy celebrate, that is until Crino's power ran out of control. Causing her to attack anything around her against her will.Reimu escapes her ice prison sees this and uses the fairy to stop Crino since she doesn't want her harmed. the rest should be easy to understand at this point. Yes, everyone of Reimu's attack could be stopped because the distance between them was increased into infinity. And, please remember that in the actual game. Cirno is the one who attacked her. The fact that you went so far as to call Reimu out for stealing of all things, a couple books from a stubborn youkai who's just fine afterwards and in fact merely helping to excite the day for Reimu and her nearby friends because of wanting her books back, shows you need to lighten up.
In UFO, most of them attacked Reimu because she was hell-bent on entering the Palanquin to search for treasure, even after Ichirin told her that there was nothing of value there, culminating in Reimu attacking Byakuren "just because". The Minoriko sisters acted mostly in self-defense, too. Throughout PhFV, Reimu pretty much beats up people for no reason (except Yuuka and Medicine, who are aggressive). Wriggle was of no consequence. When she's a boss in IN, she makes you a scapegoat and attacks.
Any chance anyone can figure out where most of these songs are from? The one at the 3 minute mark I think I found, but the one I found wasn't in the right pitch/tone. Otherwise, I think I found everything (discounting the ace combat parts at the very beginning and end).
As Far I know Reimu would never hurt anyone , especially Cirno and in this case she's not fighting the Ice fairy but the demon inside her that made her go all Yandere. Also Reimu never officially trains hence her only means of perfecting her skills is refining them in actual combat, this is why she randomly thought ussually playfully attacks random Youkai's ...thought weaker Youkai's are often affraid of this the other reasomn is the fact that up to meeting Marisa Reimu didn't have any actual friends and the only people she meet were the Yokai's she fought... hence she preffered to get herself in trouble instead of beeing alone on the other hand she was trained to be a miko and considered her duty to act the way she was ..which of course made her fearefull about befriending Youkai's or other humans ironicaly its both her loyality to her duty and gentlness that started attracting different Youkai's to her-

The way it ends, it's following the plot of Scarled Devil Mansion. A red mist is blotting out the sun, and Reimu's trying to follow it back to its source. She gets lost over the lake, and in the game it's because Cirno and the other fairies are using fairy magic to keep her that way. It looks like in this version Reimu gets lost over the lake and blasts the first thing she sees, but then has a change of heart in the middle of the fight.

I recognize the dialogue as being from the final battle of Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. I just can't figure out who is who. It starts out looking like Cirno is Cipher and Reimu is Pixy, but later on Cirno is using Pixy's dialogue.
My i find this video so dynamic and so WOW! it even makes references to Ace Combat Zero!XD the fight versus Pixy! I can´t even imagine how much work was put in this piece of ART! Congratulations!=)
Cirno is one of my favourite Touhou Characters. She is very strong, of course.
But in this story, her mind was slowly swallowed by her power and going to destroy everything and anything. Sigh... Poor Cirno. (And I saw Cirno is worried when she discovered that she is going to be controlled by her power.)
Ice and cold is the nihilistic force of nature, it spreads just as surely as fire. Cirno is the living avatar of ice symbolically, so I guess it makes sense that she would eventually try to freeze over all things. If only Cirno was like this more often, it's refreshing to see the fairies put up a good fight for a change.
For comparison, @@carroboi2981, _Faily Wars_ confirms that Cirno *is* protagonist level, power-wise. She actually _wins_ a fight against Marisa, although Marisa is holding back a bit IIRC.

This looks more like what Cirno would be like as an extra stage boss than an act 2 boss - she isn't usually in the same league as Reimu (consider that the Great Fairy Wars extra boss is marisa with flashlights instead of lasers, for example). But this was a great animation, keep up the good work!

People here hating on Reimu, you do realize that killing Youkai is LITERALLY her job?
Killing "lesser races" was the Nazis' job.
Youkai aren't a lesser race. They're objectively stronger than Humans, and only powered Humans like Reimu, Marisa, Sanae, and Sumireko (and Sakuya if she counts) have the strength to contend with them, and that's only under Spell Card Rules. Without them, most Touhou fights would be curbstomps from the perspective of the Stage 5/6/Extra Bosses.

Okay, Okay I got something. Reimu wasn't trying to get Crino or the fairy, instead she was trying to get them out of what was happening around them. How? The reimu way of course, knock them out so they don't get into trouble. However she had hit the fairy first and not Crino who can fight unlike the fairy. Not knowing why they were attacked Crino starts attacking Reimu. Reimu of course fought back, but noticed something was wrong with Crino so she tried to defeat her. This lasted for a while until Crino got the upper hand. Thinking that they've won Crino(I love typing her name) and the fairy celebrate, that is until Crino's power ran out of control. Causing her to attack anything around her against her will.Reimu escapes her ice prison sees this and uses the fairy to stop Crino since she doesn't want her harmed. the rest should be easy to understand at this point. Any Questions?

The fact that you went so far as to call Reimu out for stealing of all things, a couple books from a stubborn youkai who's just fine afterwards and in fact merely helping to excite the day for Reimu and her nearby friends because of wanting her books back, shows you need to lighten up.
Why have no HD sources？
In UFO, most of them attacked Reimu because she was hell-bent on entering the Palanquin to search for treasure, even after Ichirin told her that there was nothing of value there, culminating in Reimu attacking Byakuren "just because". The Minoriko sisters acted mostly in self-defense, too. Throughout PhFV, Reimu pretty much beats up people for no reason (except Yuuka and Medicine, who are aggressive). Wriggle was of no consequence. When she's a boss in IN, she makes you a scapegoat and attacks.

Any chance anyone can figure out where most of these songs are from? The one at the 3 minute mark I think I found, but the one I found wasn't in the right pitch/tone. Otherwise, I think I found everything (discounting the ace combat parts at the very beginning and end).
As Far I know Reimu would never hurt anyone , especially Cirno and in this case she's not fighting the Ice fairy but the demon inside her that made her go all Yandere. Also Reimu never officially trains hence her only means of perfecting her skills is refining them in actual combat, this is why she randomly thought ussually playfully attacks random Youkai's ...thought weaker Youkai's are often affraid of this the other reasomn is the fact that up to meeting Marisa Reimu didn't have any actual friends and the only people she meet were the Yokai's she fought... hence she preffered to get herself in trouble instead of beeing alone on the other hand she was trained to be a miko and considered her duty to act the way she was ..which of course made her fearefull about befriending Youkai's or other humans ironicaly its both her loyality to her duty and gentlness that started attracting different Youkai's to her-

The way it ends, it's following the plot of Scarled Devil Mansion. A red mist is blotting out the sun, and Reimu's trying to follow it back to its source. She gets lost over the lake, and in the game it's because Cirno and the other fairies are using fairy magic to keep her that way. It looks like in this version Reimu gets lost over the lake and blasts the first thing she sees, but then has a change of heart in the middle of the fight.
