Then the world shall feel a cold indifference upon its destruction by a former human who once held the world which was dearly to them.

I lost my son just a little over two years ago. I am looking for any words of encouragement and anything positive. I think that I am handling things pretty well and moving in the right direction, but it is nice to find inspirational videos on TH-cam.

Here is a Christian point of view. You have lost your son who has return your love while he was alive. NKJV John 15:9 “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.” So keep abiding in that love you have in your son and GOD will never take that love from you.

I have never seen such a person like you in my entire life who talks about the truth in such a compassion way as you inspire me. I have no words to tell " how beautiful the lesson that u describe is" ? Who the young man you are. Thank you for always letting us to know a meaningful lesson to us. Attachment always have consequences . That's true my friend , Practising non-attachment really gives a pain in our heart ,but working on it definitely gives the more pleasure than anything in this world. You are just making our days not to be a typical one, but a day better than yesterday. My friend , your stories inspires us and thank you for motivating me like my big brother. We need this kind of you-tubers who embrace us with change and love our lives more and more

Thanks for sharing via TH-cam. After living by myself after being married, I discovered how attached I was to people. Being alone allowed me to ask questions as to why I was attached. As time went on, I learned how to live and be alone while still being able to love. My attachment was more out of being fearful and addictive. Over time, the fears disappeared as well as the addictive thought processes. Learning to let go made me stronger, wiser and better. One of the most loving things to ever happen to and for me. I appreciate loving people and also loving myself for not being excessive.

Attachment is the greatest pain and sufferings for human beings. We will much at peace when we attached to nothing. We feel calm and peace in our mind being unattached to emotion, people scenery and things..practice non attachment is foremost necessary in our lives. Thanks for your video and indeed so appreciated.

Good lesson from buddha. Right the less we attached the more happy we can leave. I have a brother who became irresponsible drunken and harsin my mother. My mother not able to control him nor punish him. The things became out of control. I am taking care of financially for them. But I have no peace thinking of them . I am not able to control what's happening. I dont have father and I am happily married. But always there is some suffering I dont know why. Even when I am poor I lived happily. Now I am just thinking what to do how can the situation can be controlled. I just left to god. I decided I do my responsibility but I have to be strong and tough with them.

    • @noreenebostick9593
      @noreenebostick9593 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Worrying about children and grandchildren were experiences that allowed you to think of your loved ones. While the satanic kingdom meant it for evil, God has meant it for good. I am speaking from my own experiences of dwelling excessively over my children and grandchildren. I started asking deep questions being alone and discovered I needed to be more responsible of and for my thoughts and actions, Over time, worrying became a process of concerns and letting go, Attachment to people is another form of addiction.

    It's a good story, but..
How would you call someone alive when he isn't emotionally involved with someone (with special love bond) or something (dream or aim or his purpose of being)
How's that life of detachment will be considered as the life lived to the fullest?
Will you be able to justify your own detachment to yourself on your deathbed, saying I "lived my life"?
Does The Creator haven't given us free will and right to choose our path, without speaking of punishment (pain) ?

Emotions are also impermanent.i am sure sure there are times we are fed up with our family or love ones.everything is impermanent in our world,if we are attached to it,we will suffer when separation happens and it will happen sooner or later.even cosmologist says someday our earth will be gone.this is not our permanent home,do not cling to it as yours, even our bodies is not ours ultimately for we cannot stop it from dying.🙂

Ur ultimate truth is death. We are bound to die sooner or later. U will even be questioned once your body leaves soul as 1) who is ur creater ?
      2) what have you did good things while you were alive.

hence the importance of pausing along the journey in life to appreciate what you have, while you have it, to take note, and be thankful to the creator because eventually, it will end & when this happens, you'll look back and be grateful for the experience while you had it, without any regrets or guilt and be at peace with yourself.

Story is good but not for humanlife only for saints.when there is no attachment in husband and wife there is chance of divorce.when there is no attachment between siblings there property family issues.when there no attachment to studies students fail to have interest in knoweledge.Attachment with acceptance to good aswellas bad in life will be much more inspirational than just leave attachment alone.Learning to ACCEPT what ever comes to by the universe is a better policy than living without attachment.Man is made as a social beings with emotions and attachments and sorrows and happiness.Live attach enjoy and accept the betrayal if it comes and move forward.Godbless.

To live a happy life then we will have to practice non attachment only then we shall be able to live a happy and peaceful life. We attach ourselves to people because we get lonely just like everybody else. And we show love to them to improve their lives as they improve ours. The loss of a person is just someone who can no longer share that love back to us. So instead of being lonely and sad, stay attached by continuing to love that person as that person would have loved you.

My adult daughter is upset with me because I moved to another state with my husband because of health reasons so she will not talk to me. I feel so much pain and heartache. I am having a hard time “letting go” but I can not make her continue our relationship. EVERYTHING WHAT WE ALL HAVE IN THIS WORLD, ESPECIALLY, OUR LIVES ARE JUST TEMPORARY.
WE ALL CAME FROM THE DUST
& WE ALL GO BACK TO DUST.
    NO ONE LIVE'S FOREVER.
IT'S JUST A MATTER OF WHOSE TIME COME FIRST

I can't imagine how hard my son's life would have been had I chosen to abandon him the same way his mother did... It has always made it hard for me to accept what the Buddha has to say knowing he came to his enlightenment through abandoning his family.. no wonder he preaches non-attachment...

I am at a place where I am questioning things. When faced with a life without attachment, I feel depressed and destroyed and unfocused... They say attachments are a part of human health. Attachments that come and go... To let go is to become uninvolved with passion and have no drive - in my case.
Where is the middle ground? To need people or not need people. To feel empty and peaceful... Or happy for those fleeting moments... I don't know... Life seems uncertain

This is obvieous that attachment brings suffering when we lose somethink. The question is: how to be detached? If we in deeply love state, we involved so much, aur bond is so strong and it is impossible to be detached. When the person we love leave us we can't just say "ok, it happened" and live aur life happily" It is impossible. The fault is we make someone priority when we just an option for that person. Problem is not attachment but aur expectations

As a nornal person, we did hv own family, Friends, love one who we hv built emotional attachment. Therefore, it is not easy to practice Buddhism on Distachment unless we gave up worldly matters.

Please forgive me for commenting out of topic repeatedly in some of your videos. I have done this in several times. Please allow me because it's important that Buddhists know about what I have to say. This is to inform you I am a freelance researcher on Buddhism, concentrating on how and why Buddhism disappeared from Bihar. I realize Buddhism still exists in Bihar but special research is needed to recognize this. Here is an example. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings and deeds which Buddhists have mistaken for manifestations. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain, and if one removes lust and desire, pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba? The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In Vaishali, in Beluha, the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. He felt his time had come. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. The unique thing is Brahmins aren’t allowed to pray to these Baba’s. So this is most probably another religion, the elusive Indian Buddhism. There are many more such examples.
