I was given one of these recently, and they are not bad by any means. But make no mistake, they are not great either. I am not a fan of the design from a functionality standpoint. It can also get a bit loud. They clearly focused more on the visual gimmicks and marketing over smart design.
I highly recommend going with the Lenovo Legion laptops if you are in the market for one. They are superior in almost every way, and much more intelligently designed.

@@Karangulo It's the opposite, at least in the US. For example, I see the 14900hx + 4070 Gigabyte Aorus 16x going for $1800.
The Lenovo Legion equivalent is $1670. The legion slims are an even better deal than that.

Nice. If I ever get back into PC gaming I’m probably going be looking at a laptop rather than a desktop

Can’t choose between this one and the asus tuf A17 4070. I mean the Aorus has a better screen, but due to the 1080p screen on the Asus, performances are better. I feel like the 4070 can barely handle AAA games whith max graphics and RTX on, on a QHD screen.
Yes, you are right. I buy aorus 17 9sf FHD and all game over 100 fps max set up
How is the noise level? Has it coilwhine?
Not sure of a coilwhine - not something I’m familiar with to be honest! Low level stuff it’s pretty quiet but then for gaming I have the fans on max for best performance!
What is the mouse you are using in the video?

what about battery life can it handle 6-8 hours of coding?
Yeah depending on your environment I’d say if you’re hammering it with docker, postman, vscode, android studio etc you might push it but otherwise coding would be fine
I bought the same laptop, but the hinge is too weak. If i close the laptop and flip it over without holding the display, the laptop opens. Is it a defective product?
Opens fully? If I do it will open half an inch then you need to put resistance behind it to open

Ngl macbook keyboards only are said to be good by oeiple who favor MacBooks. Ive tried then an they are not good lol. They are okay but typing on then is not hyped up as many reveiewrs or pwople who love apple say they are. I feel like you have to have a bias love towards macbooks to think that way because other laptops feel eay better then macbook keyboards its crazy they even get compared as much as they do honestly. At one point they were actually nice likr top of the line but that was so long ago like def atleast a decade ago. But yeah if you rather code on something as small as a MacBook i thnink you wouod def favor them compared to others i def could never code on a small macbook screen lol.
MacBook keyboards for me are elite but this is right up there, it’s nice to use, good feedback, nicely spaced keys etc - some window laptop keyboards suck but this isn’t one of those
