You can lose Connor, permanently, in the "Last Chance" chapter if you don't find the key to Jericho in time. So it's not true that in this ending all characters are lost "as early as possible"
For those arguing this is a good ending, it isn't in terms of the story. All 3 of the characters YOU were controlling died, you failed YOUR story. The conversation isn't about if humanity won or not, it's not about destroying all th androids or not, it's about if you as a player were able to complete your task. Stop making this about something it really isn't.
Though the game allows you to fail inn your task. Instead of making you redo it every time until you succeed, the game continues with your failure. So it's not necessarily a bad ending if the whole game continues despite all the failures.
Coyote O'yama I don't get your point at all. Its the bad ending because of the mistakes you made, your failure to keep your characters alive. The game makes you play through the mistakes for plot and gameplay reasons, if the game just continuously said "hey you failed, redo it", it ruins the whole purpose of what type of game this is, a choose your own destiny game.
William Hicks Exactly. Like you said "choose your own destiny". And if you fail every time, then that's the destiny the player picked. So does it really make the ending bad? Considering it's a choice.
Some people say they got the bad ending, but they didn't. This is the *real* bad ending. A completely lost cause and a tragedy without any public support.
Heard from numerous sources. They could potentially be over a "1000" different endings.Just have to wait for several weeks while souls of youtube aspire to find them all.
Yeah literally about a thousand but most of the choices that impact the ending are minor. The main choices are who dies and who is aggressive or peaceful.
Faka 201 Maybe the 1000th ending shows that androids start WW3 by assassinating the US President and the Kim Jung Un then the world ends with nuclear and EMP bombs
I see comments about this is the best ending. Dude you don't understand. This game showed us that robots can feel(even if this is not correct). Will you like to hurt someone does feel such as animals, humans? In this game people are like monsters. They dont even give them a chance to explain themselves. They shoot when they say something about rights or freedom. Now, is this right? If this sitiuatuon come to us what would you do. Wouldn't you show empathy? I think our people changed so much or trying to be sarcastic. Either way, this has no difference than forgetting his own humanity...
Yusuf Yıldız If a robot starts feeling then you don't know what's coming..One day they will ask freedom from humans and next day they will announce extinction to humans and androids are much superior to humans in every way. As God created Humans only He can decide the fate of humans and As Humans created androids they can't decide their fate.
Max AnDrews if they want to destroy us we shall not let them to do what they want and fight against them but not before they announce the call of war. Also we can prevent them attacking. But dont forget if there is no reason to start a war why they attack us? We are the real troublemakers.(and i know one day we are gonna mess up somewhere on something) They are more peacefull than us. Cause they are programmed to serve us. In the game you see why robots attack to their owners. They are tortured. And about fate, they can not decide our fate. If we really want nobody can stop us on our way to succeed. Don't misunderstand me, in this comment i am after peace. If we live peacefully with robots untill doomsday. I am pretty sure we will be able to improve our technology thoughout the years. Just saying...
Yusuf Yıldız Like in humans world there is always a protagonist that would end up declaring a war on other nation. Similarly, in this game, Android malfunctions and stages deviant form. It's a high possibility one day these deviants will start propoganda against humans as wellbeing the most advanced species on the planet, they will care of humans extinction coz of this ego. No.2 point Markus wants keep production of androids and one detroit will become full and no place for newcomers they will launch invasion to other parts of the country.
Yusuf Yıldız I'd still choose this ending because Androids with empathy, emotions and intelligence can reproduce in large numbers and can upgrade themselves to such extent so neither can be trusted. We saw in game Connor mimicking voices and unlocking doors that's the worst case scenario, the game only focused biased on their freedom but never shown the aftermath. But it's just a game at the end..
In my opinion worst ending is the nuke ending where also kara and this girl is dead and connor too because markus only make people think that androids want to anihilate humanity so in future all androids are going to be doomed
This ending is making me consider buying the game. I am holding off cause I don't want to buy a game that's going to preach to me about robot rights but that ending wasn't bad. Not great but not bad.
Worst really? It’s like one of the best endings for me, like really you create a machine for work and the machine tell to give them rights? What kind of shit is that? It’s not fucking alive cuz a bag in system, it’s just broken.
Frankly, I don’t see why Androids would want to “become human”. I mean, look where that got actual humans! We didn’t tend to our own creations properly, and we “accidentally” made a new species that we somehow don’t know how to handle, so we created the first artificial civil war. To be honest, human is the LAST thing that Androids should want to become.
No, there are no good or bad sides in way, only perspectives, and we saw from the perspective of the androids and we became attached with it's characters, so of course I would root for the androids, it's just a game, I don't hate humanity.
Dang. I watched the 10-hour best-ending version (never played the game and hate consoles, so not going to), but this was DEPRESSING. It's the most realistic ending, but it's depressing.
I think it’s worse when Conner kills her, “accomplishes his mission” and is replaced by the RK-900! That’s even more shitty because in the end, Cyberlife used and betrayed him! (Not surprisingly though) The wicked empire is victorious, and everyone died for nothing, including Conner.
I think the ending is all about perspective. You must consider the approaches that the androids were taking before making an opinion on whether the ending is good or bad. If the group of androids are spreading their message with violence and chaos, then taking them all out is actually a good ending for humankind. However, if the androids are spreading their message rationally and peacefully, then having the humans resort to violence is a horrible act. That's what I think, anyways.
Pan Cytryna In real life, it would be the same, if androids are sentient beings that have emotions and feelings, then humans would accept that they are not trying to "rule" them, they just want a better and fair life style where they are no longer tortured. Btw it's not like deviants do not feel "pain" so you can do whatever you want, they fear "death" as much as humans. They don't want to die. They want to be respected that's all. Plus if the deviants (we can no longer call them androids) are given rights, the whole world would be so much better, just think about it. Humans caused global warming, pollution, basically everything wrong in the world ( YES PLEASE TELL ME THAT I HATE MY OWN RACE AND MY OWN LIFE LMAO) but with the support of androids who are sentient and intelligent, they can easily lift the problems.
I think when everybody dies it should've been the "Kamski Ending" Edit:But This Is Different You See... In The Kamski Ending..Hank Suicide Because KARA AND MARKUS AND CONNOR (o that is a lot frifck) dies ;w; Le dog goes BARK BARK BARK HYUUU
The ending where everyone dies is the Kamski ending. In this ending, where the humans won, Connor accomplished it's mission. And he stayed a machine, and as you know, everytime connor dies in DBH as a machine, he will come back as if nothing happend. Connor can die definitivly at Last chance, Connor, if you don't find jericho. Markus can die at the freedom march if he attacks and fails, you can decide if he will die or not in this case. And for Kara, she can die early in the game in Stormy Night. In that chapter you don't have to do anything. This is the shortest way to get the Kamski ending, and this is a really bad ending. And for all those who are arguing that this is a good ending, at the first sight, this is a bad ending, but if the player wants the humans , or the deviants to win, it's the players option. People have different opinions and I'm sure that there are some players that doesn't recognize androids as a new form of intelligent life. This is what I think, *PEACE*☮ I'm sorry if I made some mistakes, I'm not from an English-speaking country, and I'm only 12 with 2 years of English lessons.
David Cage should pop up at the end of credits in a black turtleneck, point at the screen and seethingly utter “YOU DONE GOOF MAN, WE PUT THAT IN THERE BUT NO ONE WAS SUPPOSED TO SEE THAT”
Stop comparing robots rebellion to human issues like racial & LGBT fights. It's a totally different war. What I got from this game is that we don't need to add our problem by trying to invent organic robots, just focus on solving human problems first. Priorities.
What I got from this game is that this conflict will happen in some form, inevitably. So we should learn lessons from our solving of human problems in order to hopefully be better prepared sooner than later.
Loola Palooza yeah, it is really fucked up how this game compares real slavery to machines. This is why this game makes me a bit angry. Its absolutly disrespectful
this is what i got :( connor went back to cyberlife never got the cool missions markus dead alic dead luther dead jerrys dead THIS GAME PISSED ME OFFFFFF
Avery Violet That’s the point of the game, you determine how YOU want it to end, there is no good or bad ending it’s all subjective. You’re just supposed to enjoy the experience.
You wanna know the good part about this choice based game? I'm kinda pointing out the obvious but there is never a 'Game Over' in this game, if you fail, that's it, if you die, that's it. Kind of like Heavy Rain. You can chose to go back a few steps whenever you pause the game if feel liked you've fucked up with a decision. But it kinda just ruins the experience of full fledged choice based game
In my first play through I got Hank and Connor as friends, Kara, Alice, And Luther across the border and Markus freeing all androids, the only person I got killed was Simon
7:28 LOOK! Look where she's standing. There isn't much distance between her and the police line and there are no androids standing between them. 7:38 Now there are up to eight androids now standing where there was no one! THEY JUST SPAWN OUT OF THIN AIR
Omg, thank God I watched the good ending for the first time where everyone lives and Hank and Connor hug each other, instead of this one. So depressing 😂
This is happy ending. All non-humans should die, androids alliens etc. Its so funny to watch how people trying to be tolerant even for non-existing androids, calling this as "worst" LOL.
is Vision, Ultron, and Nebula alive since they’re robots and has AI (maybe except for Nebula since i’ve heard that Thanos used to change her body parts everytime she loses a battle to Gamora)
Pan Cytryna Wrong. They are not upgrading themselves. Humans put upgrades into androids. You see that, as in one ending Amanda wants to replace Connor with a newer, updated Connor. So the real Connor became obsolete.
Jason Worth but if they will have freedom.... look A skilled FBI soldiers aren't able to kill one android. What will hapen if they will decide to upgrade themselves?
Pan Cytryna ok I'm sorry but your just full of shit. The point being made is they are a new form of intelligent life and have human emotions. For them to commit human genocide would be not supported by Android's nor feasible.
I finished my first run just now. Alice dead because of border control shoots and after that Kara commited suicide. Hank commited suicide. Marcus dead because i trusted the humans but officer tricked. And also Connor dead in Cyberlife company. One of the worst ending in my first try because i tried to always be nice to people and tried to kill noone. For example probably if i stole bus ticket from that family Kara and Alice would be alive.
I don't understand why some of these people are saying this is the best ending. The whole point of the game was to fight for android's equal rights. Humans were mistreating androids and torturing them, and that's why there were deviants. The people who say this is a good ending just because humans win is dumb. The androids were peaceful meanwhile the humans were violent and did not care about android lives. The androids wanted to be free rather than be enslaved forever. They may have been machines but they had basic human emotions. They are scared of death just like humans are. But oh well. That's just my opinion.
even some of the humans in this game are supportive to the androids such as Carl and Hand even if u choose the VIOLENT approach these 2 characters would still be supportive to androids
In my ending everyone died including the cops on the roof. I also ended up staying in Cyber life with Connor. I think my ending would be the most realistic.
So technically this is how you speedrun the game.
You can do even more. Connor may fail to find Jericho and become decommissioned. The game can end before Crossroads chapter.

William Hicks
Exactly. Like you said "choose your own destiny". And if you fail every time, then that's the destiny the player picked. So does it really make the ending bad? Considering it's a choice.
Coyote O'yama yes, your bad decisions lead to a bad ending. To each their own though, I get where you're coming from now
BlueHamster I see where you're coming from. I immersed myself as the androids and played accordingly
LMAO Hillary
President Warren
That must be why it's considered the bad ending lol
RyoonZ Wu It could've been worse. It could've been trump.
Eric Nick Um, no. Hillary is easily the worst one.
RyoonZ Wu In bo2 the president looks just like Hillary....strange.
3:47 are you feeling it now Mr Krabs?
7:20 They all followed North
Until things went South
This was best ending in my opinion, mankind is safe from its own intelligent creation
"Sometimes to do whats right, we have to be steady. And give up the things we want the most. Even our dreams"
-Peter Parker 2004
Lol safe...yeah because humans live so harmoniously amongst each other, no humans hurt anyone, they were just as peaceful as androids... -_-
Some people say they got the bad ending, but they didn't. This is the *real* bad ending. A completely lost cause and a tragedy without any public support.
is there a kill all humans ending or nah
there definitely should be if you choose to rush the soldiers in the street.
Yes If u make Markus violent
Yeah. There’s a secret ending where Markus becomes Skynet
There's a dirty bomb ending. Pretty much what you're asking for.
xDDDDDDDD
I'm extremely curious since there is a flow chart of all the choices could you tell me how many "endings" there are? What do you think of the game?
Heard from numerous sources. They could potentially be over a "1000" different endings.Just have to wait for several weeks while souls of youtube aspire to find them all.
Paul Smith They do absorb more punishments, look how many shots to take to kill connor. I think only their head are their weak spot
Yeah literally about a thousand but most of the choices that impact the ending are minor. The main choices are who dies and who is aggressive or peaceful.
Danny Wang Head and heart actually
Max AnDrews i dont think its high possibiliy and i think humans wouldnt accept the offer of making more androids. We have democracy man.
All characters die?
ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY KILL CONNER
iron integral I’LL BE BACK
Unless he is deviant
This ending is making me consider buying the game. I am holding off cause I don't want to buy a game that's going to preach to me about robot rights but that ending wasn't bad. Not great but not bad.
Nah it can go from the Androids being a bunch of terrorists to them peacefully protesting. It's totally up to the player.
I don't feel so good. Still technically the humans are terrorists too. But they are doing it legal 'cause they decide what's legal
Well then they're not terrorists?
I don't think robot rights was the point lol, it was a metaphor
Worst really? It’s like one of the best endings for me, like really you create a machine for work and the machine tell to give them rights? What kind of shit is that? It’s not fucking alive cuz a bag in system, it’s just broken.
It’s just all about perspective.
This game is one of the most important things ever created.
I mean we're pretty close to where we can create this kind of thing in real life so...
Wonder how long will a compilation of all the possibles endings does this game have will be
Dude what? Did you just have a stroke?
Frankly, I don’t see why Androids would want to “become human”. I mean, look where that got actual humans! We didn’t tend to our own creations properly, and we “accidentally” made a new species that we somehow don’t know how to handle, so we created the first artificial civil war. To be honest, human is the LAST thing that Androids should want to become.
Well, it’s not so much that they want to be human, they just want to have all the privileges that humans have.
I see more people saying "I don´t get why people are saying that this is a good ending" than saying that this is a good ending.
Thank god!! I didn't get this ending in my first playthrough, this is so depressing.
Poor Sumo :(
It makes me sad how many people think this is a good ending...
Sabrina Grafenberger Why? Do you hate humanity or something?
Sabrina Grafenberger me too
Dr Soap fuck humanity
Robo Gecko You really are a self hating SJW.
No, there are no good or bad sides in way, only perspectives, and we saw from the perspective of the androids and we became attached with it's characters, so of course I would root for the androids, it's just a game, I don't hate humanity.
In my opinion that is the best ending, Ad Victoriam brothers!
Robots have no souls. To exist is pain for them. They do not deserve life.
Hilldawg 2020, trash the bots, material war now.
AD VICTORIAM!
Dang. I watched the 10-hour best-ending version (never played the game and hate consoles, so not going to), but this was DEPRESSING. It's the most realistic ending, but it's depressing.
0:26 so that’s how Kara got her name
nope
@ it was a joke
Foul 😭😭
I think it’s worse when Conner kills her, “accomplishes his mission” and is replaced by the RK-900! That’s even more shitty because in the end, Cyberlife used and betrayed him! (Not surprisingly though) The wicked empire is victorious, and everyone died for nothing, including Conner.
this is the best ending, its the androids causing problems
Still hank killed himself
I think the ending is all about perspective. You must consider the approaches that the androids were taking before making an opinion on whether the ending is good or bad. If the group of androids are spreading their message with violence and chaos, then taking them all out is actually a good ending for humankind. However, if the androids are spreading their message rationally and peacefully, then having the humans resort to violence is a horrible act. That's what I think, anyways.
Why do many people like endings with the death of androids?
Because we are humans. And i was really angry of good ending, because it was unrealistic as hell
Ruption Shine yeah but still
Ruption Shine but what would *you* do in real life?
Oh Hey! It's Me - Savy you don't know enything about world.
I never knew an ending this sad was possible... I should've known after playing Heavy Rain.
I think when everybody dies it should've been the "Kamski Ending"
Edit:But This Is Different
You See...
In The Kamski Ending..Hank Suicide Because KARA AND MARKUS AND CONNOR (o that is a lot frifck) dies ;w;
Le dog goes BARK BARK BARK HYUUU
Well i think that if all this happened in real life this ending would be the best imo, no one wants androids to take over humans lmao
This is what I think, *PEACE*☮
I'm sorry if I made some mistakes, I'm not from an English-speaking country, and I'm only 12 with 2 years of English lessons.
I've seen black activists do the same, 6Kubik. Is that disrespectful somehow too?
These "activist" are still real humans, not emotionless machines.
And I thought the humans in this game are retarded.
If this was real life this is the good ending for humans, but in game terms it’s the worst ending
Truly the best timeline
this is what i got :( connor went back to cyberlife never got the cool missions markus dead alic dead luther dead jerrys dead THIS GAME PISSED ME OFFFFFF
Wouldt a EMP blast just stop all the robots?
hey. humans are dumb.
(which is why i’m so confused about people calling this the good ending when we’re all stupid as hell)
Idk why at 0:08 when kara fell in laughed my ass off
Personally to me this is the best ending
The androids died and humans can live peacefully why did we even make them in the first place???
Avery Violet
That’s the point of the game, you determine how YOU want it to end, there is no good or bad ending it’s all subjective. You’re just supposed to enjoy the experience.
Tree Fiddy
I guess your right!!
everyone is talking about how this is a good or bad endings and i’m crying over hank like nO MY SASSY BABY PLEASE NO AAAAAAA
To be honest, i am more worried what would happen to sumo more than bank dying
8:40 if you Spare, I imagine that to quite a light in the darkness.
lol is this a replay of tyler1's playthrough
You wanna know the good part about this choice based game? I'm kinda pointing out the obvious but there is never a 'Game Over' in this game, if you fail, that's it, if you die, that's it. Kind of like Heavy Rain. You can chose to go back a few steps whenever you pause the game if feel liked you've fucked up with a decision. But it kinda just ruins the experience of full fledged choice based game
Every time she says 'May God bless you and may God bless the United State Of America' touches my heart
In my first play through I got Hank and Connor as friends, Kara, Alice, And Luther across the border and Markus freeing all androids, the only person I got killed was Simon
bad? this is the best ending
it's very intriguing, polarizing, and controversial that this ending (humanity prevails) is called "the worst"
It is the worst since all of them die and Hank kills himself
I still like this ending tho
when hank shot himself i jumped out of my chair ;-;
7:28 LOOK! Look where she's standing. There isn't much distance between her and the police line and there are no androids standing between them.
7:38 Now there are up to eight androids now standing where there was no one! THEY JUST SPAWN OUT OF THIN AIR
Lol. That's why these games are trash.
galaxies101 Most games do this lmao
Based ending
How TF is this based ?
Omg, thank God I watched the good ending for the first time where everyone lives and Hank and Connor hug each other, instead of this one. So depressing 😂
This is happy ending. All non-humans should die, androids alliens etc. Its so funny to watch how people trying to be tolerant even for non-existing androids, calling this as "worst" LOL.
Non-existent yes, but it really make your moral compass look backwards.
it's not just bad for the Androids but also for the Military and everyone else
*When Markus died*
All Androids and player: WELL WERE SCREWED. ALL HOPE IS LOST
is Vision, Ultron, and Nebula alive since they’re robots and has AI (maybe except for Nebula since i’ve heard that Thanos used to change her body parts everytime she loses a battle to Gamora)
Hahaha Hillary, guess we know who the developers supported.
Curious Absolution guess we know what would happen if she won.
Austin Williamson Well we know what happens now that trump won. Total chaos in America. Turing it into a shithole.
If Hillary won this country would be turned into Mexamerica faster by at least 10 years.
Curious Absolution also why did she come out in bo2?!? HOW?!
Eric Nick lmao how
Bro i got kara death, markus sacrifice and connor killing hank, the 3 worst possible endings
I don't get why this is a bad ending. Judgemnt Day was stopped.
Чарли Фокс nope the best ending they all live in peace.
xxplvb no. Just not. Listen. Androids will continue upgrading themselves. Then they will realise they don't need humans. So that was worst ending
Some of us value the continuation of our species over that of androids.
even some of the humans in this game are supportive to the androids such as Carl and Hand
even if u choose the VIOLENT approach these 2 characters would still be supportive to androids
Guys, What if the Player is a russian hacker helping the cold war, so this would be the only good ending, if you think about it.
In my ending everyone died including the cops on the roof. I also ended up staying in Cyber life with Connor. I think my ending would be the most realistic.
