  • A short guided breathing practise using the box breathing technique. This box breathing exercise is a great way to destress and calm the nervous system. In this guided practising practise we inhale for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 4 and hold empty for a 4 of 4 - So this breathing technique has 4 sides to it, like a box.
