    I find it truly amazing you are already doing all these intense sessions after your very severe injury. Amazing!!!!!!

    Nice one. Good to see you have recovered after your unfortunate injury set back,Callum. The 10 x 1k brings back memories of completing that at Greenhead track in Keighley one cold, wet and windy winter's night. SOLO. No problems with anyone getting in the way that night. No one else was daft enough. Fortunately you were blessed with better weather and company.
    Perhaps too much! Say hello to Rory from Terry Lonergan.

    Have you given Rory any stick for testing lactate or does he get a pass at his level?

    sensational content. but why are you doing a threshold sesh on the track? Are there just no flat road routes in font romeu or is it normal to do them on the track...

    • @the.distanceproject
      @the.distanceproject  8 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      we often do them on the track as it’s flat, easy to adapt depending on how it’s going, easy to pace & for coach to monitor performance … plus there is limited flat routes in Font (almost 0 lol)

    Are any of you wearing the Coros pod2 foot pod? I think I might have seen one, but you're running too fast... ;)
    Anyway, if you are using pod2, how do you like it?

    • @the.distanceproject
      @the.distanceproject  10 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Nobody is wearing in this video I don’t think - but we have used them! It’s great if you are looking for the specific data it delivers AND are willing to take action on the findings!
