    Hi Jenny, thank you so much , I lost 27kg procticing your Practicing their exercises( I'm 71kg today) . You are an excellent personal trainer, your videos are everything, I do all the modalities, God that put you in my life my friend, step is such a pleasure activity

    I want to thank you for all these videos...!!! I have lost 3 kgs of fat and i have been gaining the same in muscles. My physician was very impressed with the results. Thank you Jenny for helping me to have this new body and this new way to see the life. I love working out watching your step videos at home. You are awesome and my favorite step trainer....!!!

    Hi Jenny: I am so happy that I “discovered” you a couple of months ago. I have been a big fan of Step Aerobics for many years. While I have followed some very good instructors/presenters, I wanted something different. I found it in you! This is one of the first routines I tried, and I still love it. You have such a variety of step combos, and I am having great fun trying them all out. You are a wonderful presenter, your cues are spot on, and you have a very gentle way of encouraging us. Looking for new routines on TH-cam, I was already motivated - I didn’t need anyone yelling at me. Your gentle, cheerful inspiration suits me fine, and I get a mighty good workout too. By the way you are pretty clever too - getting us to do a little more “just for fun”.  Thank you very much for all that you do.

    Most online workouts get boring after 30 minutes. This one kept me going till the end and was a great, fun workout.

    i am pretty darn impressed with myself on this one. I would say I got 95% of it and only kind of stumbled through a bit where my brain and feet weren't cooperating. When the camera angle went to just your feet it kind of threw me off a bit. Great workout. Love it.

    I, too, have been using your videos since the pandemic. Haven't done step in over 10 years, but it's fun to get back into it. And BOY are my legs tired!!! I hope to finish a whole video before I start back to work again.

    Jenny, my workouts are all videos at home or running outside. I LOVE your videos. Step is my favorite cardio and I appreciate the mind workout it gives me as well. It sure isn't easy!     Jenny, I really love this one too! :) Though it was hard at first - more challenging in terms of variations and duration too.     Love it! Since Covid, my local gyms no longer offer Step. So I have quit the gym and am loving seeing some step on-line. Such a fantastic cardio and all-over workout. Keep these coming!

    I finally got it! Yaaahoooo! I think this is my fifth? time trying this particular class. With practice, I finally got that fourth combo. (The rocking horse straddle and stomp around move that seamlessly blended into the other leg side always stumped me, but I got it today!) Brain and cardio workout!

    Update: Did it 4 times and I've now got the entire routine down pat! ;-) So finally, it's becoming enjoyable and I'm working up a good sweat. So happy about that. Next in line for a trial is your advanced routine. Hopefully, I'll get that routine in less than 4 workouts. :) Nice one, Jenny.

    Just wanted to say thanks for these workouts from your newest fan in York, England! After injuring myself running I decided to go back to step, but don't have a great deal of living room space. These routines are perfect and are helping me get in shape for my wedding, so I am very grateful. Your instructions are tip-top, and you really motivate me to keep going.     Thanks for the workout. I haven't done step since the early 90's....and this was a great cardio workout for me. Some of the steps were a bit challenging simply because of space restrictions. I have a "mini" version of the step at home..... Tony in Canada

    I love your videos and I do another one of the super sweaty intermediate routines all the time but this one was complicated! The switch from one move to the next was serious fast and my the 4th routine I was just doing nothing but basics. This feels more advanced for sure.

    This one is my favorite. It took me 2 months to master all the moves but it was worth it...and I've added this to my exercise routine at least 3 times a week. Would love more workouts like this one. :)

    Jenny thank you! It is so hard to find a great step instructor in my area. I miss step terribly... I started in college and after I had kids it became hard to work out and even harder to find a gym with a step class. Hopefully this will help me lose the rest of my baby weight.     Just getting back into Step and love this class - find it a little confusing when it cuts to your feet only ... best thing is you change from left to right equally!

    loved this routine but really struggled with combo 4..not sure if it was really that complicated or I was just getting tired but found myself falling over my own feet trying to get it down. guess I'll have to do it again & see how it goes the second time around! thanks for sharing, it's much appreciated!

    So far I haven't got the whole 4-combo routine (did this workout twice). I remember the last combo fine but I forget the first two! :( I did enjoy the separate combos though, so I'll give it another shot and see if it's worth doing again. Step was not this complicated 25 years ago and it was such fun. But no worries, Jenny, I'll try it again and keep trying until I get it.

    LOVE_LOVE_LOVE your new workouts! so many new steps and moves to learn. my favourite is the 4th combo. it is so much fun to work with you every day!!! the pace is great for me. sometimes I do some modifications because it is easier for me. but after some weeks of practicing I will do the original version. Thanks for your google plus workouts as well. I mix them up everyday with my strenght and core workout. so it is getting perfect!!! greetings and 1000 hugs from germany!!!

    Hi Jenny, I've finally mastered sbs2. I don't consider it n mastered till I can do the workout with two risers. I'm starting to watch this one so I can move on to it. My hubby watches me sometimes and he says I have become much m ok re graceful since starting working out with you. You are the only one I want to workout with but know I can't step everyday. Tomorrow is a step day so see t a tomorrow my step friend!

    Yes!!! I made it...It was hard to follow sometimes, but i practise more this week, and by the end of the week all steps are right..i hope ;-)

    Hi Jenny, love, love, LOVE your work outs. I finally mastered this one. Took a while since a bit more dancy and I am a total klutz, but I did. Totally thanks to you. Best instructor ever. I don't even have to watch my screen, just listen for your cues. Are you putting out anymore intermediate or can you direct me to some you already have that are not labeled as such? The beginner ones are too boring now but the advanced make my eyes bug since they are so well advanced. SBS2 is great too. I heart you Jenny and so does my now size 4 butt compared to a TWELVE!! :)

    Hi Jenny, i love your workouts! We had to prepare a step aerobic lesson for school und got some really great inspirations from your videos but wie trained our 45 minutes workout without a stepper. Today i can't walk because my calves hurt so so much. Anyway our lesson was successful, everyone even our teacher was enthusiastic and it made a lot of fun. Thank you very much😍👏🏽

      I hope you'll enjoy building Step by Step 4; it must be a lot of work, but you can know that thousands of us are loving it and getting healthier while having fun because of you!
      How does it benefit you most? --for me to purchase the downloads to your workouts or to support the station?
      I'm assuming it's the purchase but thought I'd check with you first.

    where is it that we can find recent and more of the dvd for you I am so sorry but I really love your work outs and have a bit of a time with the technology i have conquered 2 and ready for 3 i think ... hope so anyways unless you think there is a tape to watch before three thank you! love your workouts a lot!
