No, quite the contrary. Whipping is for females only. Females are the slavegirls of their male masters by nature, to whom they owe obedience and deference. Therefore, floggings are not only the ideal punishment for women, floggings are obligatory for women for any misconduct, no matter how minor. For men, on the other hand, such punishments are far too degrading and not acceptable under any circumstances. The very thought of whipping a man is downright perverse. Of course, females ought to receive their floggings by men only.
