Peasant Heel Construction: Placing the Waste Yarn

  • In this knitting tutorial, I’m going to show you how to knit in your waste yarn for your peasant heel! Peasant heels are almost identical to afterthought heels, and are a great way to incorporate a cute knitted heel without interrupting stripe or texture patterns!

    Thank you for this tutorial, I cut my sock and apparently I didn’t pick up the right leg of the stitches and cut and made a mess. I reknit them and found this tutorial.
    🤣
    My dog walked in and I got shaky, I knew he wanted a biscuit and I was afraid to drop a stitch.
