I was a bit disappointed of the release of M4 I thought it was going to be completely redesigned but it's nothing but a m3 with some new accessories but it's still a m3.
Realistically a full redesign won't be an impact anymore. I doubt they will completely change the dimensions of the main block and call it an impact. The M4 definitely got some good changes/updates while maintaining compatibility with many aftermarket parts that already exist (but not all).
It's not an m3 because at least an m3 has 2 regulators...it is really an m2 in copper with a adjustable picatinny rail😂

It looks really good ...anyhow one of improvement features of M4 gun which is sliding rail not applicable in it anymore and got heavier.

Oh wow...I do like the new Impact M4...but I also like the ED Gun Leshiy 2 and I just cannot decide which I like better between the 2 of them as day/night hunters...and ya money is what's keeping me from getting both so just weighing the options...
This should have been the base model M4. It fixes all the problems the M3 had but FX learnt nothing... If they can team up with MDT they could have teamed up with Airmarksman to turn this in the base rifle.

Some type of backbone (added stability) reallly should've been standard on the M4
A trigger upgrade, detent and brass piston are somewhat underwhelming upgrades.
Also no front reg, magnetic bolt hold open, and a few little styling cues and minor tweaks that most people won't ever notice.
Ok,,, why is everyone who compares the M3 and M4 leaving out the new barrel support ...... no one wants to show what it looks like up close and personal.... I think that should be one of the most important aspects if it has been changed to improve the gun.....? Also, were there any internal block changes? What about any power block changes.....? valving changes....? no one comments on these specific changes if there were some.... Thanks from Texas.
The new barrel support was made a little different, now the barrel support does not rely on having pinch bolts which can cause harmonic problems when not tightened properly. The power block and internals are similar other than the front regulator delete and better materials used for the regulator. The plenum is slightly bigger but the people complaining the plenum isn’t big enough because the pantera and dynamic have huge plenums don’t understand that they have different valve systems and you don’t need the same size plenums. Everything they improved were bug fixes from the m3 that made some significant difference.

I would like to see a video on the Hatsan factor sniper long. It seems like an amazing gun that’s built for hunting and long range shooting and since it’s been out it’s seems like it’s been under appreciated or underrated for some reason. Hopefully I see more videos on it soon🤙💪🏼

Considering FX has "Stiffened the backbone on the new M4'' I'm surprised you thought you needed the Airmarksman Backbone as an addition. otherwise looks amazing.
My 5 cents, i like the black and gold/copper reminds me of the K&L chassis I have for the maverick. I would have added a gold/copper impulse to stretch the copper accents to the edge 😎. They should also have give the copper version a copper collered trigger 😊

No lathe needed, make a new bridge and integrate the piece into it and I will buy it again. This is the most important point to maintain zero. I wish FX would reconsider the issue of the difference between zero so that the upper bridge is integrated into the weak piece.

These air rifles at thousands of dollars 💸. As always been a buyers choice. With all the issues that fx comes with I'm sticking with other brands.............
@@bulufish8208 True. I understand the M3 and even the M4 are amazing fun like most of the FX but I can find just as many other guns that perform and looks just as good or better for a cheaper price. I would definitely buy a fx gun but not at those prices. Hatsan is one that comes to mind that has the power and accuracy of a fx unless you are into competition shooting. Next rifle won’t be a fx but the factor sniper long or the factor bp 30 cal🤙💪🏼

Basically an m3 with a 750 plenum instead of a 720. Hopefully they come out with shit plenum upgrade kit like in the past and I’ll add that to my m3. Otherwise it appears to be more or less the same.
If you are going to remove the copper part on top, you would have been better off choosing the black version, because that way it loses its identity of that model

An overpriced piece of crap,fx has shown us they will try to sell ice to an eskimo and the fxs are not made in Switzerland its made in the carolinas but they still over charge us
They're not made in the Carolinas, they had a bunch of inventory stored there.
