  • [Ingredient] (7ea)
    *Condensed milk cream
    70g of cream cheese
    10g of sugar powder
    10g of condensed milk
    *Mugwort dough
    25g of eggs.
    25g of condensed milk
    15g of starch syrup
    0.5g of salt.
    30g of butter.
    80g of all-purpose flour.
    30g of almond powder
    6g of mugwort powder.
    *Coating chocolate
    120g of white chocolate.
    10g of mugwort powder
    [ How to make ]
    *Condensed milk cream
    1. Use a spatula to mix cream cheese at room temperature.
    2. Sift the sugar powder and mix it.
    3. Add condensed milk and mix it well.
    4. After piping 10g each, put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
    *Mugwort dough
    1. Add starch syrup and salt to the eggs at room temperature.
    2. Add melted butter, which is not hot.
    3. Sift the powder and mix it.
    4. Please leave it in the fridge for more than 3 hours.
    5. Divide the dough into 30g and make a circle.
    6. Make the dough into Songpyeon shape.
    7. Bake at 160℃ / 320℃ for 13 minutes.
    *Coating chocolate
    1. Mix white chocolate and mugwort.
    2. Pour chocolate into the completely cold mugwort songpyeon.

    - 쑥 가루 6g (오리지널 반죽은 쑥가루 대신 중력분 6g 추가)

    크림님 실력이 완전 파티세인건알았지만 진짜파티세인줄은 긴가민가했는데 직업이파티세였다니!!!! 편집도이쁘게잘하셔서 편집관련일 하시는 홈베이커신줄.... 오븐?송편 넘귀여워여 초콜릿입혀서 텍스쳐나 더 진짜같아요 전 추석대량생산하고 송장붙이고..우체국왔다갔다 다하고 휴식중이였는데 크림님의영상은...♡입니다

    마지막에 템퍼링 한 화이트 초콜릿에 가루를 넣고 섞은 후 사용하는건가여 ?? 혹시 템퍼링 후 가루 섞고 살짝 굳으면 그냥 다시 사용온도로 맞춰서 사용 할 수 있나요 ? 아니면 다시 템퍼링을 잡아서 사용하나요 ?!
