ES-DE: How to download and view game manuals

How to download game manuals:
Set up your scraper settings by opening the main menu and selecting "Scraper"
- "Scrape from": set to Screenscraper
- Make sure your account credentials are added under "Account Settings"
- "Content Settings": make sure "Game Manuals" is checked
With these settings if you scrape a game and it has a manual on ScreenScraper, it will be downloaded to your device so it can be viewed in ES-DE
How to view game manuals:
Open up the media viewer for a given game
Press Up (if it has a manual) and you will be able to browse the game's manual
