*Ronaldinho himself* would tell you Neymar adapted to a more statistical era but combined with beautiful Bonito. On the hand Ronaldinho hit his prime at the perfect time: - He was the best player of the world when FIFA turned 100 years in 2004 and 2005 - He won the 50th Ballon D'or ever - He won the Champions League on the 50th anniversary of the competition being one of the main players I think Ronaldinho was the player of THE generation but only achieved half of what he was supposed to do, while Neymar had Messi and Cristiano so it was almost impossible to be number 1.
Bro I agree with you to a degree, it’s not like Ronaldinho was the only world class player of his generation though and Neymar has never carried a team outside of Brazil, so I really don’t think Messi and Ronaldo were his only problem.
You're right, I would say Ronaldinho stood out with his brilliance and exciting plays. But he also was the only player in the 2000s who was best player in the world twice. Neymar maybe could've succeeded over Messi and Cristiano after 2018 if he wasn't injured because he was truly amazing around that time.
Neymar is the best player to ever play. Ronaldinho made me fall in love with the sport and was my fav for a long time till Neymar came along. Neymar at PSG was incredible, watched every single game in ligue 1 and I never seen a player that good and still have the stats to back it up
Neymar is even outplayed by CR7 and Messi in his prime. But on the top 10 list of best talents till the age of 21 he is the second best performing talent ever. He was a bigger talent than CR7 and Messi.
in my opinion Ronaldinho have something no one have he inspire many generations come to football and playing football and I'm on of those generations he was my role model also he start new era in barca and the club was struggling in that time when I think about neymar I remember bad reputation when I remember Ronaldinho I'm already smiling feel like he put smile in my face
I love Ronnie...yet no one had? Djalminha, Okocha, to name absolute malabarists mavericks with similar approach and then you had Legends like Rivelino or Ronnie's idol Maradona (perhaps the ultimate showman on veery sense, not just the fun side). This without entering the more assertive type of players, with less inclination for the playfull and more focus on scoring and assiting like the extraordinary Zico and of course The genius Pele....people sometimes goes to far with Ronaldinho, as much as I love him and more when even in his own time still was R9, that even being more assertive and more serious in his end product, he was still fantastic. There have been always players with Ronnie's approach in the history of the game, from Garrincha, to Sivori, Corbatta etc...anyway, The Gaucho was such an enjoyable player and fella too, this is not a pun at him AT ALL.
bro 💀 dinho and neymar have almost the same rep. theyre known for partying and dinho was also known for mnay things, from drugs to parties to idk, anything. ney is known for girls and parties and injuries and many more. they have such bad reps its unbelievable

14/15 Neymar is his best season in the ucl tho Most goals in the ucl or tied with Messi and Ronaldo, he scored in every round(QF-final) both home and away against juve,Bayern and psg
You are comparing players from totally different eras who did not play against common opponents, especially defenders. Thus you comparing their stats is totally irrelevant and proved absolutely nothing whatsoever. The only way reasonably that one can compare players from totally different eras is via their eye test. Even that has to be done, so with considerations to various different factors, such as pitch conditions, technology that is more advanced versus less advanced, etc, where some players, especially modern players, may look better due to the advanced technology helping them more
@@Ganstaz003 if you think going by the eye test alone is enough to compare players, you are probably suffering from the Messi syndrome. Players like haaland and others would never have the chance to be the goat in the instances. There is more to the game than dribbling my friend.

But Brazil won Copa without Neymar. XD 😆
