How? My period lasts 2 weeks and I cant even move most of the time because my legs feel heavy and im so lightheaded. Seriously props to yall who are still doing it 👏

Hey! If you want an hourglass figure then it’s probably best not to do chloe ting. She makes you look more 🚪. Like in the before and after at 1:52, that girl definitely could’ve have a nice hourglass/pear shaped figure. But chloe’s workouts made her lose her hips. I recommend Vicky Justiz. She truly helps with everything especially an hourglass. You should check her out. Good luck and I hope you do well

I feel so horrible. Today was my last day of week 1 doing 2 week shred. I was crying because of issues im going through then ended up having a bag of chips. My issue is not the bag of chips my issue is my lack of self control. I always work my ass off and get in shape then end up screwing up and binging/ not working out. I dont want full abs I just want a flat tummy that is sustainable. I cant always workout but I dont want to gain weight for this. This has me thinking of undergoing surgery and giving up on achieving my goal naturally in a way that is permanent
Well my daughter got pounds, because of the hormones. Even when nothing helps, your program made her the happiest person first of all. Her body transformed drastically, so she almost three times tinier, but the main thing her body and her mind is healing! Blessings and thank You from grateful mom!
I'm doing the hourglass routine, but I still don't notice any changes. I am a skinny person with a fast metabolism, and what I want is to gain muscle and not lose as much weight. Would I have to diet while doing the routine? Because I eat a lot of sugar, maybe I should balance this more. But if someone can help me with an opinion, I would appreciate it.
Orne Alessa Sport is a small part. Food is the biggest part. I think you should have less junkfood, you can search on the internet how you should eat ;)

I was doing the two week shred and recently found out I was pregnant. SO what I did is just adjusted to her standing workouts. After the baby, It's on again!

Paula Mostert it’s because her workout plans like for ur butt arent the best to grow because most of them r bodyweight only and for stuff like building a noticeably bigger but you NEEED progressive overload with resistance/weight training. Her workouts are only good for slimming down and building slight muscle once you have a low body fat percentage. However thats true for most fitness utubers unless its like madfit or fitnessblender that incorporate weight training

I'm so scared that if I try these workouts, than nothing is going to happen. I'm mainly scared of regret. I'm not really patient and I get so sad when I don't see results after the first month. I'm not sure if I should try it but I'll give it a go. Update (I know it’s been a year but I’m just now remembering lol): I’ve switched to a different gal on TH-cam whose videos just suit me better (although Chloe Ting’s workouts are still amazing :)) and the process for me took very long just cause it was hard to change my diet so I barely changed it (it’s better now) but I had to take progress pictures in order to compare the progress. In 2021, I didn’t pay attention to how much weight I lost but my stomach got a little smaller which makes me happy. I’m still not as slim as I wanna be but I’m working on it :) how are all of you doing?
manage your expectations, fitness isn't all about results and you're setting yourself up for failure if that's the only thing you're bothered about. you'll feel stronger even if you dont get abs!
I totally get that. I was also scared, but since I started her challenges I have felt a huge difference both outside and inside. It wasn’t easy, but in the end, it’s so amazing. 10/10 would recommend. I believe in you. You got this!
hello! i can totally relate to u. it took me a lot of courage to start working out bc i feel awkward with my body when i move and i feel embarrassed when i workout idk why. and i will be on my day 5 of working out later and on day 4, i can totally see results. there were times that we will doubt if it's gonna work or not. plus, i am bloated and i have pcos. but just a reminder that never compare ur results to others! we have our own progresses. FIGHTIIIIING!! U CAN DO IT. 💗 edit: also, we don't need some very intense workouts. consistency is enough.

I'm so tired with struggling with my weight. Hormonal problems dont make it any better. I've always tried to keep up but always fell off and gained back my weight. I won't give up this time. To anyone who's going to read this. I started the Summer shred challenge in July. I'm on Day 19 now and feeling a lot stronger but not seeing that much difference. Do not feel discouraged. Change takes time and is different individually. Just keep going. Don't stop. If you stumble, get back up and do it again. I've been eating better and sleeping better as well. Good luck to anyone doing any of her workouts!

I've noticed I sleep better too and have more motivation to wake up a little earlier in the morning. I have also recently started trying to eat better because I want to have plenty of energy for the workouts and the rest of each day!
You’d have to have a pretty low body fat percentage. Something like that is pretty unrealistic to maintain (or even get), especially as a female, and it’s likely not very healthy....
So i discovered chloe back in march before the whole lock down situation and ive been following few different workouts. I feel my results in the first 2-3 weeks were really good, but since then I've been kinda stuck. And then in the middle the stress of life these days got to me and i became irregular with my workouts. But I've been trying to better since the past 10 days. Wish me luck!

It’s only been day one and I can already see a change, I have a “womans body” as my mom calls it, and I wasn’t really confident, so during the quarantine I spent my days in bed, playing animal crossing. Not doing the things I loved(Reading, Writing, Drawing). I recently took a trip to my tharapists, and got medicine to help, I’ve been doing it for a day, yes, it is super sore, but now I’m determined to have a glow up before school, I broke free from my boyfriend, who normally ditched me months upon end, then talked, I’m cutting my hair, I’m ready to work hard, not for my family, or friends, for me.

Guest she also said in another results video that the two weeks challenge is a starter challenge to START to see the change. Something more short term seems more achievable and easier to commit to and by the end even if you see/ feel even the tiniest bit of change then that will motivate you and encourage you to keep going. That’s exactly what I’m doing now actually

Chloe is so right when she says, "results take time". I have been doing her programs since November and I'm down 43 lbs. I started at 203 lbs and now I'm at 160. I am happier, stronger, and healthier than I have been in a long time. I've completed 4 programs so far, the 2021 2 Week Shred Challenge, the 2023 Weight Loss Challenge, the 2022 Summer Shred Challenge, and the 2021 Summer Shred Challenge. Right now I'm almost done with the 2023 Summer Shred Challenge! I'm on day 26 out of 28! I think what really motivated me to keep working out was having the right music. I really liked listening to Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, etc. Anyways, that was probably a lot of reading and you most likely did not read all of that, but if you did, thank you so much for doing so! Like I said earlier, I'm down 43 lbs since my highest weight, and I plan to continue to workout/ eat clean to lose the last couple pounds. So, thank you Chloe! Edit: now i’m at 155! met my goal weight because of Chloe. Tysm!!

In all seriousness, once you take that step to do the first day, you'll feel proud of yourself for even trying. Then you proceed to keep going at it! And even if there aren't huge results at the end, you're still keeping your body healthy and you'll feel proud^^ Maybe have a calendar or write down the schedule to keep up with it. My weight literally fluctuates around 6 pounds from morning to evening even if I barely eat anything in the day, and one day I will look kinda skinny and on other days huge so it’s difficult to tell when I’ve actually lost weight
Same here! For me it‘s because bloating and water retention is a huge problem. Still haven‘t really found a way around that... but I also go by how I look and feel and not my weight. Haven‘t weighed myself in 4 years because I‘m worried the number on the scale will make me feel bad about myself

So I'm going to be completely honest. I love Chloe Ting because her workouts are completely free. Like, me, a broke human, can exercise without paying a penny. Also, I love these videos. They inspire me so much to keep going and put more effort into taking care of myself. I love the community- lots of friendly, encouraging people who are also hilarious. I love Chloe Ting because she takes the effort to show people that you can do it. I love exercising here because no one I've seen has body shamed someone. Paula Mostert it’s because her workout plans like for ur butt arent the best to grow because most of them r bodyweight only and for stuff like building a noticeably bigger but you NEEED progressive overload with resistance/weight training. Her workouts are only good for slimming down and building slight muscle once you have a low body fat percentage. However thats true for most fitness utubers unless its like madfit or fitnessblender that incorporate weight training

Update (I know it’s been a year but I’m just now remembering lol):
I’ve switched to a different gal on TH-cam whose videos just suit me better (although Chloe Ting’s workouts are still amazing :)) and the process for me took very long just cause it was hard to change my diet so I barely changed it (it’s better now) but I had to take progress pictures in order to compare the progress. In 2021, I didn’t pay attention to how much weight I lost but my stomach got a little smaller which makes me happy. I’m still not as slim as I wanna be but I’m working on it :) how are all of you doing?
manage your expectations, fitness isn't all about results and you're setting yourself up for failure if that's the only thing you're bothered about. you'll feel stronger even if you dont get abs!

hello! i can totally relate to u. it took me a lot of courage to start working out bc i feel awkward with my body when i move and i feel embarrassed when i workout idk why. and i will be on my day 5 of working out later and on day 4, i can totally see results. there were times that we will doubt if it's gonna work or not. plus, i am bloated and i have pcos. but just a reminder that never compare ur results to others! we have our own progresses. To anyone who's going to read this. I started the Summer shred challenge in July. I'm on Day 19 now and feeling a lot stronger but not seeing that much difference. Do not feel discouraged. Change takes time and is different individually. Just keep going. Don't stop. If you stumble, get back up and do it again. I've been eating better and sleeping better as well. Good luck to anyone doing any of her workouts!

I've noticed I sleep better too and have more motivation to wake up a little earlier in the morning. I have also recently started trying to eat better because I want to have plenty of energy for the workouts and the rest of each day!

So i discovered chloe back in march before the whole lock down situation and ive been following few different workouts. I feel my results in the first 2-3 weeks were really good, but since then I've been kinda stuck. And then in the middle the stress of life these days got to me and i became irregular with my workouts. But I've been trying to better since the past 10 days. Wish me luck!

It’s only been day one and I can already see a change, I have a “womans body” as my mom calls it, and I wasn’t really confident, so during the quarantine I spent my days in bed, playing animal crossing. Not doing the things I loved(Reading, Writing, Drawing). I recently took a trip to my tharapists, and got medicine to help, I’ve been doing it for a day, yes, it is super sore, but now I’m determined to have a glow up before school, I broke free from my boyfriend, who normally ditched me months upon end, then talked, I’m cutting my hair, I’m ready to work hard, not for my family, or friends, for me.

Chloe is so right when she says, "results take time". I have been doing her programs since November and I'm down 43 lbs. I started at 203 lbs and now I'm at 160. I am happier, stronger, and healthier than I have been in a long time. I've completed 4 programs so far, the 2021 2 Week Shred Challenge, the 2023 Weight Loss Challenge, the 2022 Summer Shred Challenge, and the 2021 Summer Shred Challenge. Right now I'm almost done with the 2023 Summer Shred Challenge! I'm on day 26 out of 28! I think what really motivated me to keep working out was having the right music. I really liked listening to Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, etc. Anyways, that was probably a lot of reading and you most likely did not read all of that, but if you did, thank you so much for doing so! Like I said earlier, I'm down 43 lbs since my highest weight, and I plan to continue to workout/ eat clean to lose the last couple pounds. So, thank you Chloe!

My weight literally fluctuates around 6 pounds from morning to evening even if I barely eat anything in the day, and one day I will look kinda skinny and on other days huge so it’s difficult to tell when I’ve actually lost weight
Same here! For me it‘s because bloating and water retention is a huge problem. Still haven‘t really found a way around that... but I also go by how I look and feel and not my weight. Haven‘t weighed myself in 4 years because I‘m worried the number on the scale will make me feel bad about myself
If you have days when you barely eat, that would explain why you have that experience.

Oof yea Im afraid of the scale too. The last time I went to the doctors office for a checkup, they weighed me. I took a peek at the scale and to my horror, I weighed around 175 pounds. That was several months ago. I probably weigh around 180 but I'm on day 2 of chloe ting workout.

I’m the same way, but I’ve found that it’s all hormonal for me. Since seeing a functional medicine doctor I’ve finally got the fluctuation under control
who else has like dance brakes/mini dance parties between her workouts or when you feel like you can't do the workouts anymore to like idk give yourself the energy to finish them

@@jiipai7952 nothing special. I just cutt off the carbs and focused on fruits and vegeis which help in weightloss and lots of water+detox. Thank you

I do like seeing all these results in videos, keeps me motivated and inspired a lot longer than when we see reactions on youtube and only see like 4-5 transformations.

I'm normally not fussed by fitness TH-camrs as such but Chloe caught my eye when I tried her workout as she seems such a lovely genuine person, and she's not always pushing how you look after workouts, more how you feel and good health. Well done Chloe on your channel, you got a new follower, and I don't follow many! 🥰💪🏻 After stopping running on my own as I don't feel safe I've been looking at different workouts for at home and I think I'll do this mixed with my running with my husband 🧡

So I'm going to be completely honest. I love Chloe Ting because her workouts are completely free. Like, me, a broke human, can exercise without paying a penny. Also, I love these videos. They inspire me so much to keep going and put more effort into taking care of myself. I love the community- lots of friendly, encouraging people who are also hilarious. I love Chloe Ting because she takes the effort to show people that you can do it. I love exercising here because no one I've seen has body shamed someone. And I know a lot of people have probably said similar things, but this channel has really made me want to continue exercising and taking care of myself more. Thank you, Chloe!
