My energy is extremely withdrawn.. I have lived isolated for a few years. My home is where I'm safe. How do I raise my energy and let go of doubts and fears? I like your video on victim blaming. I'm going to print it and try it for 100 days.

Wow, this is so helpful. As a therapist, I feel like 99% of my energy is spent listening and attending to the outward expressive energy of others. I have to maintain an energetic boundary all day long. When the day is done, I’m satisfied but sometimes feel dead inside. Something has called me to renew through traditional medicine. I’m so glad I found your channel!

During certain tasks, I tend to close up my sacral chakra. My breathing slows down, becomes shallow, which then leads to back and shoulder pain. I have totally reevaluated my sense of time to help rid the feeling of keeping up with a clock. That has helped me release a lot of pressure.

I have a similar experience with "stressing" (and not so streessing) tasks. I try to continue to do what I do but breathe slowly and more fully ("elongate the breath" idea from his Tai Chi video )

Have you heard people talk about - Fellmeroni Rudimentary Chi - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy got cool success with it.

Concerning Li on your site: someone dug up his original birthday greetings at hundred 150, 180, and 200. They all put up on his blog, From 3 Chinese emperors. . I am writing it from memory so it's on you just because you said you personally don't believe his real age. At this date an Indian citizen is at 194 according to British birth certificate. So hope you will put up more advice in exchange for info. God bless.

My body is telling me this, meaning that all this activities are to much.
And my body is telling me, when it's to much.
The problem often is, do I listen.
I'm meditating twice a day, and I love being in nature.
I'm not jogging anymore, because for me this got stress.

I found energy therapy to be too dangerous
Each time it would bring up my negative emotions and the therapist would sit back and go silent or observe me
I'd feel emotional but confused and then get blamed subtly for not getting better
